店主が入れ替わった今でも愛されてる
常連ファンが多いお店へ行ってきました\(//∇//)\
元々はその名の通り、山の田にお店を構え
学生時代にたまに訪れていましたが
二代目店主に世代交代し、
移転してからは今回が初の訪問^^
お店へ入店後、接客の
元気の良さにビックリします(°▽°)
とても気持ちの良い接客で、
これが根強いリピーターがいる
理由でもあるのかも知れません(o^^o)
お店のウリは
"見た目コッテリ 食べるとアッサリな
100%豚骨ラーメン"との事。
その名の通り、見た目はオイリーで
かなりこってりそうでしたが、
一口スープを味わうと
かなりすっきりとしたライトな豚骨です♪
これは好みになりますが、
私は先代店主さんが作っていた
豚骨臭がほんのり香るこってり豚骨の方が
好きでした(^_^;)
今回の訪問時に思いましたが、
下関の豚骨ラーメン屋さんでは
ワカメをトッピングしているお店が
多い気がします(^ω^)
季節限定メニューや
豚骨スープ入りのプリンなど
他にも気になるメニューがあったので
また訪問してみようかと思います(*´꒳`*)
