Solid theme providing all that we need and come more. Very flexible. And, the odd time there is a bug support has been fast, friendly and effective. Just make sure to have a backup of your site before a fix is made. Should be obvious but we did lose custom code after a fix once. Check it out (Aug 1st) www.solsumo.com

This template is gorgeous, it has taken quite a lot of customising and work on my end to get it where I want however the team have provided assistance from time to time.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with issues that arise from merchant customizations or 3d party apps. This issue does not happen on other merchants.
