The theme is super slow and doesn't pass Google's Web Core vitals check even when you use all the formats and dimensions Google wants. This will impact your SEO and make you less competitive, so I strongly suggest not to buy it. I've contacted the team and they basically told me they don't care. Not worth $300. It barely offers more functionality than the free themes.
Hi Brutta, unfortunately, CWV depends highly on your content, which is not related to the theme speed.
