Turkish and English or French are not languages of the same language family. However, in the case of dialects in the same language family as Turkish, the situation is not different. The same applies to Kyrgyz students. Although most of the verbs take the same case suffixes both in Turkish and Kyrgyz languages, some verbs such as gurur duy-[to be proud of], beğen-[to like], kutla-[to congratulate] take different case suffixes leading negative transfer of native language, which negatively affects learning. There were 36 Kyrgyz students in total with A2 language level in Turkish, 26 of whom are at the Banking Department and 13 of whom are at Tourism Department. In the questionnaire applied to the students who learn Turkish through measuring the information, 24 sentences were given and it was stated that the participants should use only one of the four case suffixes (accusative, dative, locative, ablative). As a result of the questionnaire study, it was revealed that most errors were made in the dative case, and the fewest errors were made in the accusative case. It has been determined that the main cause of the errors made is the negative transfer from the mother tongue. In this study, we have identified the errors that Kyrgyz students made while using case suffixes, and we have discussed their reasons and suggested solutions.

We indicated in the article “A New Copy of Divan-ı Hikmet: Kokshetau Copy” that Kokshetau copy is the earliest copy among the current copies and it was written in the 15-16th centuries in Chagatai Turkish considering the orthographic and grammatical features of the copy. The copy reflects the characteristics of the literary language of that era. Erarslan states that Divan-ı Hikmet has the Uzbek language features in the Tashkent manuscript while it has the Kazan Tatar features in the Kazan edition. As a result of the studies we have done on the work, Kazakh language features can be seen in the Kokshetau copy. In the copy, it is possible to see some of the distinctive features of the dialectic groups. (küy- / yan- “to burn”; öt- /keç- “to pass” vb.) In this article, we corroborated the thesis that the copy is the earliest among the others by providing new addings to the orthographic and grammatical features of the copy. The use of the synonymous words in the vocabulary between the dialects has been analysed, and we examined the features of the Kazakh language in the copy. Moreover, we briefly mentioned the elements that came to Chagatai Turkish from Oghuz Turkish.

Summary Sakha (Yakut) language is considered to be a peripheral language with Chuvash language according to the research studies by Turkologists. Sakha Turkish, which is thought to have separated from proto-Turkic languages after the Chuvash language, intrinsically incorporates many archaic features. It is possible to observe that also in vocabulary. In this case, both the neighbour languages (Russian etc.) and the cognate languages to the Turkish languages (Mongolian, Japanese etc.)-for those who approve the theory of cognate languages-should be included in any research on Yakut language along with the historical and the modern dialects of the Turkish language. This paper aims to examine the origin of the third-person singular pronoun in Yakut language.

(küy- / yan- “to burn”; öt- /keç- “to pass” vb.)
In this article, we corroborated the thesis that the copy is the earliest among the others by providing new addings to the orthographic and grammatical features of the copy. The use of the synonymous words in the vocabulary between the dialects has been analysed, and we examined the features of the Kazakh language in the copy. Moreover, we briefly mentioned the elements that came to Chagatai Turkish from Oghuz Turkish.
G. Gülsevin, in his study “Historical Relevance of Our Three Dialects (Khalaj, Chuvash, and Sakha) Living with Orkhon Inscriptions”, concludes that Khalaj, Chuvash, and Sakha languages were autonomous dialects of the 8th century in that they both have the feautures that represents the older or autonomous forms when compared to Orkhun Inscriptions and they have parallels with these inscriptions. It is a fact that even though Oghuz language was a written language in the 13th century, Orkhon-Yenisei Script includes the indications of Oghuz language. The standard language of the period was Orkhon language, and Oghuz language must have been spoken as a dialect in that period.
In this study, the lexical similarity between Sakha language and the Oghuz group of Turkic dialects will be discussed: TTk., Az., Trkm. gizle- // Yak. kistē-; TTk., Az., Trkm. yağlı // Yak. sıalāḫ; TTk., Az., Trkm. el // Yak. ilii; TTk., Az., Trkm. dön- // Yak. tönün-; TTk., Az. bırak- // Yak. bıraḫ-; TTk., Az. bul- // Yak. bul-; Az., Trkm. gızıl // Yak. kıhıl kömüs.
gizle-, which are used actively in Oghuz dialects of Turkish but cannot be used
in Kazakh literary language if they are used alone as they have a meaning only
when they are used in proverbs, idioms or in the products of oral literature,
were examined.
