Many factors cause the drainage system not to function properly. This study was conducted on the implementation of an urban drainage system project in the X Area of Bekasi City using the Lean Project Management Method to analyse waste from resources, analyse risks and manage variations on costs, time, and human resources. The results of the analysis of risk responses that are important to note are the lack of supervision of the implementation of OHS in the field, lack of coordination and outreach to the residents, working hours of irregular (ineffective) use of the equipment, and unskilled labor. Based on the estimated cost of the construction project of the urban drainage system in the X Area of Bekasi City, there has been a change of actual cost (addendum contract) of 8.9% greater than the planning cost (initial contract). Based on the calculation, total savings with the CCPM method in the construction of the urban drainage system in the X area of Bekasi City are IDR. 2,894,136,099.

Abstract. Logistics professionals are under tremendous pressure to remain competitive as retail firms are experiencing a logistic cost increase. This research has been carried on agriculture machinery and industrial equipment, a Trader Company. Enterprise has been found an increase in logistics costs by 4% above the target, where the target of increasing sales in 2014 should still be achieved. An integrated method was conducted to handle a long-term impact of the increase logistics cost. With improving the accuracy of demand forecast as one of inventory control tool, combines with optimize distribution cost and Purchasing control by develop decision-making system for selecting suppliers in shipping services. Demand forecasting for retail found a level of forecasting accuracy with single exponential smoothing method, optimized the distribution system with linear programming, and AHP method for selecting suppliers in shipping services.

One of "ready to eat seasoning" producer, PT Kiantaka Rasa, KR, has planning to be more popular among the “end user” customer, by launch their ready to eat seasoning series. Their goal of new packaging is expected to attract public’s interest for buying KR’s products. In this research, we use Kansei Engineering, Quality Function Deployment, QFD, and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) in purpose ergonomic, simple and attractive packaging and products. Nine prototype packaging design was offer into focused discussion group respondent, using Kansai word then Manova, the result, Design 2 is the best design. So as to appropiate "end client" desire for the surface of fine flavors, fiery taste, reusable and solid bundling, we are utilizing QFD technique. The result, the seasoning particle size is less than 250 microns, increase composition of spicy material, bottle design is slim shape with a thickness of 0.05 cm, the bottle cap has many small holes for sprinkle option. The purpose of this study is to find out how E-service quality (E-SQ) affects customer satisfacti... more The purpose of this study is to find out how E-service quality (E-SQ) affects customer satisfaction (CS) and behaviour intention (BI) in electronic money. The research method used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling, PLS-SEM to determine the relationship between E-SQ to CS, E-SQ to BI, CS to BI and the relationship of E-SQ to BI with CS as a mediating variable. In processing data, it is known that E-SQ significantly affects CS with a value of 81.1%. Non-significant E-SQ affects BI with a value of 0.056, where E-SQ significantly affects BI with CS variable as a mediating variable with a value of 0.599. Based on the calculation results, it is found that CS directly affects BI users of electronic money ABC with a value of 0.669. This shows that the higher the E-SQ given, the higher the level of customer satisfaction will also have an impact on BI users of electronic money X-cash. The case study taken place in Indonesia popular cement board finished goods warehouse. The objectives of this study are to reduce overtime, by re-layout of warehouse finished goods using integrated methods. The integrated of Class-Based Storage Method, Dedicated Storage Policy, From-to-Chart Method for layout improvement and Tibrewala, Philippe, and Browne Algorithm for scheduling warehouse operators. The results of relayout the finished goods warehouse are obtained that the space efficiency and the reduction of cycle time from 3,33 minutes to 1,86 minutes and the overtime hours decreased after partial implementation. The result obtained for the new labor scheduling of warehouse operator is needed to reduce 2 operators. The proposed improvement will continue to be applied and it is expected to increase efficiency in the future.

In recent time, commercial businesses meet the challenges of environmental problems from supply c... more In recent time, commercial businesses meet the challenges of environmental problems from supply chain operations such as increased resource scarcity, consumer awareness, environmental laws and visibility of environmental impacts. Hence, there is increasing attention and research, among academics and practitioners in the environmental management of supply chain through Green Supply Chain Management, GSCM. Nevertheless, research on GSCM in Indonesia’s industries is limited. In this study, 63 data sets that can be used are collected from various companies around Jakarta Indonesia where 32 companies have adopted Green Supply Chain, and 31 others have not yet. Questionnaires refined with the partial least square-structural equation PLS SEM modelling, resulted significant positive relationship between motivational factors and internal factors (green design, green procurement and green production); internal factors with Green Supply Chain Impact GSCI and external factor (recycle packaging) with GSCI, but the study found that motivational factor has no effect on external factor. For companies that have not implemented GSC, motivational factor has an effect on GSC implementation. Therefore, this research has relevance to all companies that want to improve the process of Green Supply Chain through driving factor, and internal factor so enhanced company performance efficiency
