Si nos aferramos a la primera pregunta y dejamos de lado la segunda interrogante, seríamos como hojas que el viento las mueve y las lleva a cualquier lugar. Mientras tanto, si asumimos el desafío de tratar de construir una respuesta a la segunda interrogante. In the process of economic and social development, the projects are creative proposals meet the n... more In the process of economic and social development, the projects are creative proposals meet the needs of different users groups of goods and services. They are, therefore, basic tools to development planning. Throughout her pregnancy, delivery and useful life, expertise, experience and constant accumulation of knowledge building is required. Given this requirement it arises the idea to deepen the foundations of collective creativity that should be promoted and enhanced by those who assume the responsibility of implementing public or private financial resources to identifying solutions to the problems identified by the populations. "Collective imagination" as well as your partner "collective intelligence" is the underlying basis of creativity needed to address the task of identifying projects. These elements in turn trigger others such as functional interdependence, collective unconscious, multiple intelligences, synergy, heuristic and social imaginaries. All of them interconnectable to foster the development of the couple collective imagination and collective intelligence. Drawings group, seminars and planning workshops and logical framework: three usual and useful for the above mentioned process is illustratively techniques.
The research was conducted in order to determine the evolution of the production and productivity... more The research was conducted in order to determine the evolution of the production and productivity of vaccine livestock for meat and milk, in Costa Rica, in the period from 1984 to 2014, for which official data of the United Nations Organization for Food and Agriculture (FAO) were used and were consulted for information from the National Livestock Corporation (CORFOGA) and the National Chamber of Producers of Milk (CNPL). Analysis of production showed a performance lagged in meat cattle, while dairy farming activity presented a constant growth throughout the study period. In terms of productivity, in the case of meat cattle was determined a fluctuating behavior, which presented low yields due to limiting factors of the activity; While the productivity of milk cattle showed positive results.

This study took place between March and July of 2014, a period during which it was determined the technical and financial viability of the crop, taking as production scenario a plantation of 1 hectare. By means of the technical study one concluded that the zone of location of the project, in Puriscal, is suitable to develop the activity due to the fact that the climatological conditions are the ideal ones for the crop; the study of environmental aspects reflected the importance of applying good agricultural practices across the stages of production, so that a minimal negative impact is achieved to the environment, beside maximizing the ecological potential benefits. Across the study it was achieved to determine that the project it is viable from the technical perspective, nevertheless, is not profitable from the financial point of view, on having presented an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 1.9% and a Net Present Value (NPV) of -9.300.773 Colones.

To achieve this goal addresses the theme of the Users Societies (US), both in its approach under Law No. 276 of 1942, which will be valid until the date of today, as under the approach of the bill that was approved in the first debate in the Legislative Assembly, on 31 March 2014, under the file No. 17742, named "Law for the integrated water resource management" in Costa Rica. It is concluded that both the existing law, such as the bill, passed in the first debate, allow the establishment of users societies, however, in the new law they are called Water Users Societies, which are formed to give optimal water use for agricultural purposes, in addition, these socities become intermediaries recipients of State resources.

In this regard, a study to determine the commercial, technical, environmental, legal and financial viability of the crop was conducted between March and June 2013, taking a 3 hectares plantation as the stage of production. Through market research it was determined that the product has a potential marketing, essentially in CENADA; also thanks to the technical study, it was concluded that the location of the project area (Acosta) is suitable for the activity because the growing conditions are compatible with the cultivation; the environmental study reflected the importance of applying good agricultural practices through all stages of production, so that a minimal negative impact on the environment is achieved, as well as maximizing the potential ecological benefits; finally through the financial analysis it was determined that the project is feasible, introducing an IRR of 24,26% and an NPV of ₡142.852.045.

With the objective to determine production costs, administration and sales of bee honey of a Costa Ri can micro-enterprise, a case study was conducted during the months of August and November of 2007 in the Ce ntral Valley of Costa Ri ca. Total cost of industria lization and sales of a barrel of bee honey was of ¢738.100. The cost of a barrel of bee honey rep resents a 54% of the total cost. The total amount by concep t of sales of the processed honey was of ¢837.450. It was concluded that the net utility rep resents 10.7% of the total sales. The technical study shows that the selected location is suitable for this type of activity; as for financial viability, it is concluded that the project is feasible, this is determined by the resulting NPV of ¢15,531,127 and IRR of 19,4%.
