Guilherme Wyllie
Guilherme Wyllie is a professor of philosophy at Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF. He also currently chairs the Lulian Commission of the Société Intenationale pour l'Étude de la Philosophie Médiévale - SIEPM, is a member of the Medieval Philosophy Office at the University of Porto - UPorto and coordinates Metalogicon - Laboratory for the History and Philosophy of Logic at UFF. He obtained his PhD in philosophy at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC-Rio. He completed a post-doc at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and another at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon (ENS-Lyon). He studies the Scholastic Logic. He is particularly interested in the historical development of the Parva Logicalia. He is the author, co-author, organiser and translator of eight books, including annotated translations of Llull's Logica Nova and Frege's Begriffsschrift. He has also published articles in various books and journals on the logic of Anselm, Abelard, Peter of Spain, Duns Scotus, Llull and Ockham.
