Dengan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik mahasiswa dapat membantu dan memahami pembelajaran.Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang bergerak dengan pesat, maka pengembangan media pembelajaran bisa dilakukan dengan baik. Perkembangan arduino yang saat ini semakin berkembang dalam segala bidang. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam menguasai bidang elektromedis. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat membuat dan memahami media pembelajaran arduino dasar dan mengimplementasikannya dengan baik. Diharapakan untuk kedepan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat inspirasi dan motivasi para peserta serta dapat berinovasi dalam pengembangan IPTEK di dunia elektromedis.

Sebagian besar proses pembuatan arang dengan cara tradisional dilakukan dengan cara membakar secara langsung tempurung kelapa dan untuk memadamkannya menggunakan air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain drum kiln dan mensimulasikan aliran panas dari dapur pemanas menggunakan software SOLIDWORKS. Pada penelitian ini juga dipelajari pengaruh waktu inisasi pembakaran tempurung kelapa pada temperatur pemanasan 450 oC terhadap rendemen arang tempurung kelapa dari waktu 2-5 jam pembakaran dan membandingkan dengan cara konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, waktu inisiasi optimum diperoleh pada 2 jam proses yang menghasilkan rendemen sebesar 60%. The process of making putu mayung is by mixing rice flour with water or coconut milk and pressing the dough through a mold to produce a noodle-like form and then steamed it. . One mold container that is commonly used can produce 15 pieces of putu mayung and every 1 kg of dough produces 70 putu mayung. Every 1 hour can spend 5 kg of dough to be putu mayung. Producers of putu mayung used to produce 2000 pieces within 6 hours by spending 30 kg of dough, the work of printing this putu mayong if done every day could make putu mayong producers experience fatigue. From the design results, the printer drum is used with a diameter of 50 cm, the drum height of the printer is 25 cm, with a number of prints of 25 pieces, the size of the mold cover is the same as the size of the diameter in the printing tube. Turntable where the baking tray is printed by putu mayong rotates at 20 rpm and 100 watts of drive. The print height from the bottom frame to the pressure lever reaches 130 cm. The pressure lever length is 70 cm.

The usage of machinary steel will cause wear and tear on those components. To overcome these problems, its surface is needed to be modified. One method that can be used to form DLC coating is plasma chemical vapor deposition (plasma CVD). DLC layer deposition was performed at various time variations of t (3 and 5 hours) and pressure p (1,2,1,4,1,6,1,8 and 2.0 mbar) at constant temperature 4000C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh deposisi lapisan tipis DLC (Di... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh deposisi lapisan tipis DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) menggunakan metode CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) terhadap kekerasan dan kekasaran permukaan baja HQ 805. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan adalah uji keras mikro dan uji kekasaran permukaan untuk material awal maupun material yang dilapisi dengan DLC. Hasil uji kekerasan mikro Vickers (micro hardness tester) maupun uji kekasaran permukaan (roughness tester) menunjukkan bahwa untuk variasi waktu t (3 dan 5 jam), secara umum kekerasan mempunyai kecenderungan meningkat. Kekerasan tertinggi sebesar 625 VHN dicapai pada kondisi p = 1,4 mbar yang awalnya 327 VHN. Untuk variasi tekanan pada waktu deposisi 5 jam, ternyata tekanan p = 1,4 mbar merupakan kondisi optimum (terbaik). Uji kekasaran permukaan menunjukkan bahwa pada tekanan optimum, kekasarannya juga minimum yaitu sebesar 0,16 Ra.

The result showed that the hardness test using Vickers method of the raw material gave an average... more The result showed that the hardness test using Vickers method of the raw material gave an average hardness value of 327 VHN. Based on the tensile test to the raw material, the average tensile strength was measured for about 1146 MPa. The rotary bending fatigue test result was presented in the S-N diagram (Wohler diagram). It showed that the pressure of 1,4 millibars and coating duration of 5 hours were the optimum parameters for DLC coating. This produced a hardness rate of 625 VHN and a maximum fatigue stress (overload stress) of 744 MPa with a load of 38 kg/mm2. In addition, the fatigue cycle was 12400 cycles. The minimum strain (safe) for steel HQ 805-DLC coating was 516 MPa with the load of 28 kg/mm2 and a fatigue cycle that over 107 cycles. This was beyond the initial minimum strain of raw material that had a value of 400 MPa for the load of 20 kg/mm2. The lowest corrosion rate was 0,0177 mm/year and the lowest Ra roughness of 0,16 μm was reached at coating pressure of 1,4 millibars for 5 hours. It can be summarized that the use of the steel HQ 805-DLC coating on machining application and engine parts designing would be beneficial if operating at the safe condition with an applied load of 28 kg/mm2 and a strain of 516 MPa.
