La gestión y seguimiento económico de proyectos de cooperación internacional está sujeta a un con... more La gestión y seguimiento económico de proyectos de cooperación internacional está sujeta a un conjunto de reglas y procedimientos determinados, en el que, además, tiene un papel relevante el marco de actuación que establecen las diferentes subvenciones y ayudas que se perciben.
Atendiendo al abanico de potenciales implicados en los diferentes procesos de gestión, justificación y control de subvenciones, el presente seminario pretende servir de apoyo y guía tanto a las organizaciones gestoras de los proyectos, como a los propios beneficiarios.
Se pretende que al finalizar el presente seminario los participantes hayan adquirido los conocimientos prácticos adecuados para entender los diferentes aspectos que integran la gestión y seguimiento económico de proyectos de cooperación internacional.

El modelo de crecimiento económico en Perú, sostenido y prolongado pero manteniendo altas tasas d... more El modelo de crecimiento económico en Perú, sostenido y prolongado pero manteniendo altas tasas de informalidad laboral y pobreza, plantea tres preguntas básicas a resolver: ¿qué tipo de pobreza ha disminuido?; ¿existe una relación causal entre crecimiento y desigualdad?; ¿y entre crecimiento económico y empleo?
En un contexto de crisis global, el impacto sobre el mercado laboral peruano ha sido relativamente moderado: los niveles de desempleo se han mantenido y la calidad del empleo ha mejorado.
El objetivo del estudio es presentar a las microfinanzas como uno de los instrumentos para fomentar la creación, mantenimiento y desarrollo de MYPES y estudiar el tipo de empleo generado en dicha dinámica.
Además, se plantea la necesidad de evaluar los mecanismos de concesión y el papel que han tenido a la hora de apoyar determinados sectores de trabajo de baja productividad, que parecen relacionados con el mantenimiento de estructuras informales.
Para ello, en la primera parte, se presenta la relación entre crecimiento económico y pobreza. A continuación, se pone de manifiesto la contribución del sistema financiero al desarrollo, analizándose los avances en términos de inclusión en el sistema financiero peruano. Posteriormente, se aborda una presentación de las microfinanzas y el empleo, centrada en la microempresa peruana. Continúa un análisis descriptivo del mercado laboral y de las dimensiones de la informalidad, describiéndose las características de la MYPE peruana y analizándose el empleo generado, sostenido y/o mantenido.
En la segunda parte, se hace una revisión de estudios en torno a la informalidad laboral y/o subempleo, proponiéndose un modelo basado en éstos, que, incorporando variables relativas a la financiación y acceso al crédito por medio de las microfinanzas, analice el impacto que éstas puedan tener sobre las MYPES y el mercado laboral.
