In Zanzotto's work, especially in the collection titled "IX Ecloghe" from 1962, one can find a direct evocation of the Latin language and culture and an explicit use of Latinisms. Additionally, there is also a discussion of the unrealized project of a multivoiced translation of Virgil's "Aeneid" that emerged from correspondence with the Mondadori editorial office, dating back to the very year of the "IX Ecloghe," a project proposed by Zanzotto himself to the publisher.

L’engagement de Celati est défini comme une nouvelle attitude d’ouverture à la perception des données externes et des autres, qui se réalise à travers la narration.

The poem is constructed in the form of a dialogue between two voices: the poet’s and a female voice. The subject of the dialogue is a lamentation about the violence to which the Moon was subjected when the first man landed on its surface. In the poem, the lunar landing is conceived as a violent conquest of an unexplored territory motivated by humankind’s unstoppable quest for power and supremacy over nature. The Moon-landing represents another human act of violence against anything pure and pristine, here embodied by the Moon, which is described as the Goddess Diana of the ancient literary tradition, a symbol of a mythical purity and intan- gibility. This paper focuses on Zanzotto’s ecological perspective emerging in the poem from the central female voice’s evocation of some elements of authenticity (language, the Earth and psyche) that are, in the poet’s view, endangered by the humankind’s supremacy.

The Ubuweb, a projectfounded in 1996, will be included as an experimental result of robopoetics, in dialogue with the earlier experiences of the Oulipo and concrete poetry. In that context, changes in the conception of poetic compositions characterized by the combinatorial materiality of language will be observed.

Despite being often kept apart, Calvino recognized his own idea of writing in Gadda’s work through the mediation of the ars combinatoria of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. Gadda, however, precedes Calvino in aiming at an objective restitution of reality and falls into the awareness of an extremely fragmented and disordered reality. In fact, Italo Calvino regarded Gadda as the latest "natural philosopher" and in his complex epistemology he found, again through the mediation of Leibniz’s ars combinatoria, his own idea of writing as map or encyclopedia of the possible. Through an accurate analytical procedure, important analogies have emerged between the two writers.
