Several studies have been conducted using technological tools to prevent infection, to prevent spread, to detect, to vaccinate, and to treat patients with COVID-19. This work focuses on identifying and analyzing machine learning (ML) algorithms used for detection (prediction and diagnosis), monitoring (treatment, hospitalization), and control (vaccination, medical prescription) of COVID-19 and its variants. This study is based on PRISMA methodology and combined bibliometric analysis through VOSviewer with a sample of 925 articles between 2019 and 2022 derived in the prioritization of 32 papers for analysis. Finally, this paper discusses the study’s findings, which are directions for applying ML to address COVID-19 and its variants.

Organizations, including universities, need to incorporate smart technologies to take advantage of their capabilities to transform their processes and drive them toward new organizational models. A Smart University focuses on improving its technological infrastructure for achieving its quality educational goals. This paper presents the integration of the key factors for adopting four smart technologies: Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet of Things. This characterization and integration allow us to conclude on the need to align digital technologies with the organization's processes, requiring greater interaction with the company’s senior management.

Although maturity models are numerous and widely applicable, there is little documentation on how to develop them. So far, academics often fall short of providing detailed guidelines and useful tools to support the practical adoption of models developed in universities. Technology management in universities has an impact on the quality of their academic and administrative processes. Smart Technologies such as Big Data, Cloud Computing. Internet of things and Artificial intelligence continue to emerge with great prominence.

This new thinking focuses on innovation, not as the end of pipe outcome of knowledge transfer, but as a continuous process of social, technical and scientific collaboration at regional and higherlevel systems that impacts on productivity and innovation performance. This paper surveys the agricultural innovation system in Colombia. We analyze collaboration between authors, institutions and countries from the perspective of social network analysis to introduce a descriptive review of the scientific collaboration in terms of links (discipline structure) and nodes (actors). A mixed methodology is implemented based on co-authorship bibliometric mapping using VOS VIEWER and social network analysis based on the software UCINET. Whereas exogenous authors and institutions are the most connected in terms of interaction, they have lower influence than endogenous au...

The utilization These packages, makes ABET's are intrusive and consumes part of which is measuring bandwidth to noise known as "Overhead Estimation Tools" (OET); it’s can produce negative effects on measurements performed by the ABET. This paper presents a complete and comparative analysis of behavior of Available Bandwidth (av_bw), of the ABET's most representative, as well as: Abing, Diettopp, Pathload, PathChirp, Traceband, IGI, PTR, Assolo and Wbest. The study with real Internet traffic, shows the percentage of test that is a factor packets affecting two main aspects of the estimation. The first, the accuracy, and increased indicating that EOT is directly proportional to the percentage of RE, reaching up to 70% in the tool evaluated with most of 30% of Cross-Traffic (CT).
