The aim of this research is to evaluate the policy developments of FDI during different stages since its independence and its impact on capital inflows. This research attempts also to uncover lessons that can be learnt from the case of India. A qualitative approach has been adopted for this research. The narrative analysis used in this study is based on secondary data that have been drawn from a pool of diverse sources including various databases, journal publications and books.

A qualitative methodological approach is used for this research. This is based on the secondary data and adopts a narrative analysis. This research concludes that reward system assist organisations to achieve their desired goals and objectives as it encourages employees for higher commitment and reliability towards organisational strategy. The article reveals that rewards have been proven to be effective in raising employee productivity level, innovation, and output. It also shows that reward systems have enabled companies to strengthen their positions to compete more effectively in the marketplace. Furthermore, study concludes that having reward system in places does not ensure success alone if is not properly designed and structured, and if it does not match with organisational business strategy and employees' needs and expectations.

Despite its complexity, effective management of credit risk is a prerequisite for the success of a bank and the banking system in general. A special role in this aspect is played by the separation of reserves to cover the risk of failure to repay the loan or in cases of nonfulfilment of contractual obligations by the loan recipient. Therefore, this research aims to address this issue and analyses the credit risk management of the banking system of the Republic of Kosovo in general and the effects of separation of reserves for loan losses in particular.
Commercial banks' credit risk management is a function that focuses on events that may affect... more Commercial banks' credit risk management is a function that focuses on events that may affect the achievement of objectives. Improper management will result in negative consequences or results. Therefore, banks usually pay more attention to events with a higher probability and impact of a direct loss of revenue and capital than events that may result in positive effects. This research adopts secondary data and seeks to analyze credit risk management of commercial banks in Kosovo through a developed DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. The study covers seven commercial banks in Kosovo for the period 2008-2016 and uses Tobit regression to determine credit risk efficiency. The estimation results show a statistically significant positive relationship between bank efficiency, capital adequacy, and loans. Moreover, the study found that banks' efficiency factors, including profitability, deposits, costs, banks size, GDP growth, and inflation, are not statistically significant.

The transfer of funds to support terrorist activities has created enormous challenges across the world. This has fuelled several inter-religious and nationalist hate, and as such has put many nations into war with terrorist organisations. The main objective of this study is to review the sources of terrorist financing. The paper relies on secondary data that were drawn from various books, journals, as well as from institutional materials relevant to the issues raised. It concludes that terrorists are exploiting established financial systems at the global level to move their finances, and that informal systems remain the biggest challenge to thwart terrorist activities.

The key focus in this study is IMC. This paper contains analysis of political influence on financing and appointment in decision making bodies. Furthermore, it includes analysis of the political independence from industry. These issues will be addressed according to the guidelines and recommendations of the European Union compared with domestic legislation and various European practices. This study has been done using secondary data, and it concludes that Independent Institutions in Kosova are not immune from the political and industry influences, and it provides some recommendations on how to avoid such influences.

To achieve this purpose, we have prepared a questionnaire and distributed to public enterprises in the Republic of Kosovo. The questionnaire includes open and closed questions in the form of Likert scale established to asess proposition and oposition of the participants. Responses were analyzed through SPSS software, and hypotheses were tested by analyzing the correlation. Based on results we can conclude that the role of internal audit can serve as a starting point in finding fraud and errors in financial reports.
