That is why we can state that family, as a complete institution, being able to make use of its all functions, is an important part of our contemporary society. Disorganized families cannot carry out the role they have in the educational process of the children. Educational and social defaults can be observed in the children school conduct and, later, in their adult behavior. Considering the idea that some family default elements can be seen noticed during school education, this paper tries to argue that, by specific prevention programs or by psychological therapy, these elements can be redressed or even discarded.

When the family does not adequately fulfill its role in the children's education, there is the risk of having temperamental disturbances in children and the development of pre-delinquent or even delinquent behaviours. The study follows the influences exerted upon the educational style of parents upon the appearance and/or the maintenance of disruptive behaviours. Moreover, starting from the data of the group there needs to be an intervention with the sole goals to decrease the frequency of appearance of these types of behaviours.
