La do-manda principale della ricerca è inerente al modo di indagare e costruire una epi-stemologia per le professioni educative e formative. Viene proposta l'adozione del-la matrice TECO-D per le competenze educativo-formative dando evidenza della sua applicazione all'offerta formativa proposta dal CdS LM 57 e 85 dell'Università degli Studi di Firenze. La matrice viene indagata attraverso l'applicazione alla Scheda SUA, offrendo una dimostrazione del rapporto fra la definizione di una epistemologia professionale e le competenze da utilizzare per le professioni educative e formative.

Yet these topics are less touched on in the tradition of pedagogical research. The intention of this book is to build a seedbed for reflection on the central position assumed by work in the lives of every woman and man, inhabitants of a planet in which the transformation of work activities is imposing radical changes on lifestyles, community-building and societies. Work is not an abstract concept, but is incorporated into every human person who does it and into the relationships linking them to others. Man, his education and human formation provide the pivot around which to perform a pedagogical survey within the universe of "work", and inside the relationship between the human condition and working/professional life. In Europe the social economy employs almost 15 million workers. During the crisis years, unlike o... more In Europe the social economy employs almost 15 million workers. During the crisis years, unlike other sectors, it has often generated an increase in jobs. The aim of this comparative study is to investigate how to allow the supply and demand for young people to meet in the different types of social economy bodies. In particular, it concentrates on the problem of how to bring into line initial university training and the skills required by these organizations. The focus is placed on the varied family of training workers present in at least 75% of the organizations, whose professionalism is nevertheless rarely acknowledged. The papers proposed in this book try to identify the most suitable solutions at the level of curriculum, career development and accompanying measures, while drawing solutions from objective findings and not from training system needs or convictions.
