The analysis has proved the intensive field development: numerous studies have been conducted, a number of conceptual and operational documents have been created, and an expert framework for introducing positive changes into the field of expertise has been ensured. U prirucniku su objavljene izvorne, nelektorirane verzije clanaka s portala, napisane vecinom 2005. godine. Portal je razvijen u okviru iProjekta – projekta primjene informacijske tehnologije broj 2004-119 Ministarstva znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta Republike Hrvatske „Metodika nastave informatike online“ voditeljice Natase Hoic-Božic i bio je namijenjen studentima, nastavnicima i svima zainteresiranima za sadržaje iz podrucja e-obrazovanja (eng. e-learning). Razvoj suvremenog demokratskog društva temelji se na integriranju temeljnih demokratskih vrijedno... more Razvoj suvremenog demokratskog društva temelji se na integriranju temeljnih demokratskih vrijednosti u sve njegove sfere i dimenzije, pa tako i u područje odgoja i obrazovanja. Ovakvi se zahtjevi stavljaju i pred škole, a pritom se ključna uloga daje ravnatelju, koji je nositelj i voditelj svake inovacije u svojoj školi (Fullan, 2005; 2007; Bush i Middlewood, 2013; Pont, Nusch i Moorman, 2008; Stein, 2015). U ovom se radu propituje i daje pregled teorijskih razmatranja i ranijih istraživanja ključnih di... more U ovom se radu propituje i daje pregled teorijskih razmatranja i ranijih istraživanja ključnih dimenzija (distribuiranog) školskog vođenja s fokusom na kritičko donošenje odluka. Ukazuje se na nedovoljnu razradu poželjnih načina sudjelovanja dionika u procesu donošenja odluka. U tom kontekstu predlaže se koncept kritičkog donošenja odluka koji se u ranijim raspravama provlači kao jedna od ključnih dimenzija učinkovitog distribuiranog školskog vođenja. Koncept se razrađuje na temelju izdvajanja i povezivanja odrednica dvaju fenomena – kritičkog mišljenja i donošenja odluka. Početno se predstavlja koncept kritičkog donošenja odluka, odnosno kritičkog vođenja, izdvojen iz malobrojnih istraživanja ovog područja. Zaključni dio rada ukazuje na izazove i otvorena pitanja koja buduća istraživanja (kritičkog) školskog vođenja trebaju uzeti u obzir. Postavljena su dva istraživačka pitanja: 1. Kako ravnatelji osnovnih škola opisuju i komentiraju aktivnosti IŠV-a koje provode u svojim školama? i 2. Kako ravnatelji osnovnih škola opisuju i doživljavaju okolnosti koje djeluju na iniciranje i provedbu aktivnosti IŠV-a? S obzirom na postavljena pitanja, korišten je pristup osnovnog kvalitativnog interpretativnog istraživanja. The study has focused on the description and understanding of instructional school leadership (ISL) characteristics as well as certain specific circumstances that could, according to principals’ opinion, affect ISL practice. In order to set research questions, a basic qualitative interpretative approach has been chosen. Data was gathered using a written interview that encompassed a purposive sample of 16 high school principals in Croatia. Thematic content analysis was conducted while an inductive approach was used in order to identify two key thematic categories and associated themes, subthemes, and their variations in practice. Uslijed globalizacije, doslo je i do tvorbe transnacionalnog obrazovnog prostora gdje su se, uz vlade, pojavili i novi akteri, ciji su utjecaji na obrazovne politike postajali sv e snažniji.
