Busca-se apontar os principais pontos de diferenciação entre os segmentos de listagem (Novo Mercado, Nível 1, Nível 2, Bovespa Mais e Bovespa Mais Nível 2), procurando analisar em que medida os referidos regulamentos, ao aperfeiçoarem as práticas de governança e de responsabilidade social, contribuem para uma finalidade maior, que é o cumprimento do princípio da função social da empresa. It notes the role of innovation in the social-economic development and the need for the State to invest in public policies in the area. We discuss the extent of the positive evolution in the Brazilian scenario at the threshold of the 21 st Century, as well as the points still pending. We emphasize the connections between innovation and knowledge production in the university, based on three analysis axes: basic education, higher education regionalization and graduate study expansion.

It underlines the importance of minorities cultural and linguistic protection, in a globalization scenario of globalization. In addition to theoretical reflections on the subject, the research has Portuguese Speaking Countries Community as a field analysis. Language is essential to form cultural identity of a people. It is thus a fundamental right and is essential for the enjoyment of other rights. The universe of officially lusophone countries presents a rich setting for studies about the language role: either with Portuguese as integrator between States that need to have a voice and be inserted in a globalized economy, either with the coexistence and respect with hundreds of indigenous languages, also mentioning the vast cultural diversity of Creole languages. It is evident in the study the need for an integration project through Portuguese language that, at the same time, contributes to fundamental rights development, but also ensure and promote cultural diversity present within the community.

The study presents a brief profile of CPLP legal framework.
