The main reference for the analysis is primarily based on the COMPANY XYZ Group Annual Report 2012. The content analysis will be thoroughly illustrated through the projected situations based on the activities conducted by the organization that utilized both horizontal and diagonal communication flow via the proposed channel which simultaneously lead towards advantages and disadvantages in the internal organization atmosphere.

Unawareness on the particular system or rule exists in English language’s component often happen ... more Unawareness on the particular system or rule exists in English language’s component often happen to the learner of language particularly in the process of acquiring the second language. Repetitive unconscious mistakes deemed as an error caused by the unacquainted to the language rules often regarded as one of the integral part of language learning. There are two major approaches to the study of learner’s errors, namely contrastive analysis and error analysis. Commonly recognized as branches of Applied Linguistic Science, Error analysis cannot be studied properly without touching upon the notion of Contrastive analysis. This paper observes in detail the three components of error theories: Error analysis and Interlanguage theory and Interference Effect and the frequency of errors make by the student .Using Error Analysis Procedure developed by S.P Corder, the procedures of error analysis were conducted by examining the learner’s output on spoken utterances which later analyzed further using Dulay et al.’s (1982) Surface Strategy Taxonomy. The verbatim analysis of the spoken sample indicates higher frequency of learner’s errors are made frequently on Omission (44.54%), followed by Addition (21.01%), Misordering (17.65%) and lastly Misinformation (16.8%).

The major five newspaper selected are The Star, The New Straits Times, The Sun, Bernama and Malay Mail. The analysis are conducted using Fairclough's Sociocultural Approach and are divided into the two part of macro structure and micro structure's analysis.
