Conférences-Visites et animations La SASL est l'une des plus anciennes sociétés savantes de Franc... more Conférences-Visites et animations La SASL est l'une des plus anciennes sociétés savantes de France, fondée en 1833, et la plus ancienne association des Pyrénées-Orientales. Attachée aux valeurs humanistes et encyclopédiques, elle a pour mission de valoriser tous les travaux scientifiques dans et sur le département, à travers toutes les disciplines qui forment le savoir humain. Son action s'étend de la Cerdagne au Fenouillèdes, et met en lumière les cultures catalane et occitane. Elle organise un cycle annuel de conférences et de manifestations culturelles (colloques, visites, concerts) gratuites et ouvertes au public, où sont privilégiées les approches inédites et documentées. Elle met aussi à disposition des chercheurs son importante bibliothèque historique et linguistique ainsi que ses archives.
