A feeling of worthlessness, disgust, and loneliness creeps into the mind of victims of sexual assault. They can’t get into relationships, let alone think of intimacy. and many of the times can’t feel safe outside and trust others. They often start to blame themselves for what happened. The traumatic event remains ever so strong in their mind for so long that they start to get a series of panic attacks because of it. This leads to the most common mental problem among rape victims, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Further unrest occurred the days after the shootings, when widespread half-day strikes were organized across the country, and another 20 people were injured. The Bangladesh government banned further protests at the mine site. The movement was the first of its kind in Bangladesh. The protest had vast impact on the trajectory of social movements in the country. This paper tries to analyze how the various concepts derived by social movement experts apply to this particular movement and tries to evaluate the Phulbari protests as a social movement. This paper ignores any attempt to justify the protests or the need for coal mine in Phulbari, instead focuses only on the abstract evaluation of the protests as a social movement.

Lack of government effectiveness and the inflow of large number of arms from the conflicts nearby had a huge impact on the success of ISIS. This paper tries to explain the role illegal arms had on the sudden rise of ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

Reconstructions are equivocal on whether or not earlier human marriages were arranged because several African hunter-gatherers have courtship marriages. The paper tries to describe the links between this system and economic development, for better or worse. This paper is devoted Solley to the concept of arranged marriages, and tries to remain on topic excluding discussion about other forms of marriages.
