This involves an adequate description and update of the private practice and institutional practice situation, as well as completing a thorough document about their qualifications that will allow further strategic planning. To pursue this objective, the study required the use of a random sample of 355 engineers between mechanical and electrical, each of which completed a survey containing 34 questions. Conducting an unvaried analysis and a bivariate analysis using Chi Squared and T Student testing, it was found that the arithmetic mean age was 37.36±1,2, being 03.5% of the sample, female. The mechanic and electrical engineers who obtained a degree of Bachelor Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering during the last five years represent more than 28% of the total. 62% professionals of the sample pursued working in private institutions, 34.1% exercised both in private and public institutions, and 3.9% worked exclusively in private practice (No institutional). Most of the engineers with an institutional practice worked in private institutions (63%), 86.3% of the interviewed had social security benefits. Within the percentage of the engineers who exercise private practice, 79.5% had an independent consulting office; 4.7% worked as part time dependent, and 15,8% worked in association to other professionals. Amongst the 31,3% who pursued graduate studies, 10% obtained a specialization, 80% a masters degree, and 10% a doctoral degree. Of those who done education continuing 4,8% had diplomacies, 46.8% kept update courses and 79.4% participated in congresses during the last year. Conclusions drawn from data analysis include that there is a high number of young professionals, being most of them male. The majority of practice professional was in private institutions with few social benefits and poor working conditions, while a minority was independent. Most of the engineers who pursue graduate studies obtain master degrees.

Is the development and implementation of a system of controlled cooling and optimizing the power consumption and temperature generated, using an advanced control algorithm. The approach is based on the configurations of integrated circuits (IC) audio amplifiers allowing us to obtain data energy consumption and parameters of temperature gradient, generally with the required parameters will be processed by a microcontroller (uC) to pass to run programmed by a control algorithm(PID) instructions. The design of the electronic circuit is composed of passive and active electronic devices essentially controlled by protocol (I2C / TWI), Class-T Digital Audio Amplifier, sensors, microcontrollers working on master and slave protocol using UART mode. Configurations and analysis by module (ADC), including a turning on system and automatic shutdown and peripherals, the frequency at which works is 20Hz to 20kHz with 75dB decibel maximum. Finally both analysis and theoretical control simulation showed that the use of a good control configuration based on energy regulation and switching amplifiers allows the temperature was controlling with excellent accuracy and reduces wear on stage of electronic circuit.

That is why robots are teleoperated tasks perception of the environment, complex manipulation that are performed by humans and planning, ie, the operator acts in real time closed loop control high level. The evolved systems provide sensory feedback to the operator environment (strength, distance). In this manipulation we used an anthropomorphic arm with automatic controllers that replicate the movements of the operator.
