The research was carried out at the Plant Physiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University. The analytical method used is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with treatments, namely No Storage Media, Use of PE Plastic Storage Media + 1 Week Storage, PE Plastic + 2 Weeks Storage, PE Plastic + 3 Weeks Storage, Aluminum Foil Paper + 1 Week Storage, Aluminum Foil + 2 Weeks Storage, Aluminum Foil Paper + 3 Weeks Storage, Burlap Sack + 1 Week Storage, Burlap Sack + 2 Weeks Storage, Burlap Sack + 3 Weeks Storage, Glass Bottle + 1 Week Storage, Glass Bottle + 2 Weeks Storage , Glass Bottle + 3 Weeks of Storage, a total of 12 treatments with 3 replications. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh auksin dari jenis 2,4-D... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh auksin dari jenis 2,4-D dan Picloram yang paling efektif terhadap pembentukan kalus tanaman nilam endemik Pasaman Barat yaitu Aksesi Situak secara In-Vitro. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Andalas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan yaitu Tanpa Konsentrasi, 1 mg/L 2,4-D + 1 mg/L BAP, 2 mg/L 2,4-D + 1 mg/L BAP, 3 mg/L 2,4-D + 1 mg/L BAP, 1 mg/L Picloram + 1 mg/L BAP, 2 mg/L Picloram + 1 mg/L BAP, 3 mg/L Picloram + 1 mg/L BAP, total keseluruhan terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan dengan 3 botol per ulangan. The research has been carried out at the Andalas University Faculty of Agriculture Tissue Culture Laboratory, in September November 2018.
