Kaizen typically refers to activities that continually improve all functions of a business, kaizen aims to eliminate waste. General Motors is extremely customer focus and continuous improvement organization they tries to produce products which can satisfy customer's needs and want. General Motors quality control council is working to eliminate daily base weaknesses in the production processes of the organization and this is the purpose of Kaizen approach also.
