In 2004, the tsunami damaged the city structure, and many victims died. When the tsunami struck the area, a mosque was used as an evacuation building. Its scatter existence in residential areas made it easy to reach, but several mosques could not be used as an evacuation building. The purpose of this study was to explore the function of mosques as tsunami evacuation building through place attachment studies using qualitative methods and depth interviews to identify public attachment factors. Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Strategi Gallery of Learning (Galeri Belajar) Terhadap Prestas... more Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Strategi Gallery of Learning (Galeri Belajar) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ingin Jaya” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan strategi galeri belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ingin Jaya. Adapun materi yang diajarkan adalah dampak pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 46 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas XI IPS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol di masing-masing kelas berjumlah 23 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Adapun tahap teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adaah (1) menghitung rata-rata; (2) menghitung varians dan simpangan baku; (3) uji normalitas sebaran data; (4) uji homogenitas varians; dan uji-t. Berdasarkan tahap analisis data tersebut maka diperoleh: nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol adalah 81,06 : 68,65. Varians dan simpangan baku kelas eksperimen adalah 105,43 dan 10,26 sedangkan kelas kontrol 68,87 dan 8,29. Uji normalitas kelas eksperimen adalah 4,93 dan kelas kontrol 4,51. Uji homogenitas varians tes akhir kelas eksperimen dan kontrol adalah 1,53 dan hasil uji-t 0,49. Hasil penelitian yang didapati adalah penerapan strategi gallery of earning (galeri belajar) berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Ingin Jaya. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data diatas bawah nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Sebaran data nilai tes akhir siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal berdasarkan taraf signifikan X 2 hitung ≤ X 2 tabel yaitu 4,93 ≤ 7,81 dan 4,51 ≤ 7,81, untuk uji homogenitas F hitung ≤ F tabel = 1,53 ≤ 2,03 maka varians data kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol homogen. Hasil uji-t dalam menganalisis pengaruh hasil belajar dengan menggunakan strategi galeri belajar diperoleh uji-t yaitu t hitung = 0,49 sedangkan t tabel = 1,68. Berati bahwa t hitung ≥ t tabel = 0,49 ≥ 1,68. Dengan demikian sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian maka H a diterima.
Abstract : Provincial roads as a primary collector roads, where the existence of ports can not be... more Abstract : Provincial roads as a primary collector roads, where the existence of ports can not be separated from the transportation system, especially the road network that provides accessibility in support of Aceh's port master plan (RIP), so it is necessary to determine the development priority alternative selection between the handling of the existing provincial road network (alternative 1) and Development of road network (alternative 2) in support of RIP Aceh. The priority of road handling is done by assessing each selection criterion. This assessment is done by the respondents who are competent in the field of road and decision makers in the determination of road handling The analysis results show that the criteria used are criteria that have a value of more than Cut Off limit of 2.786 and calculation of weight and consistency test using Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) method with Analisys Hierarchical Process (AHP) approach obtained the criteria of effectiveness in supporting the development of the region Regional development (44.9%), the criteria of Equitable accessibility and connectivity (23,6), Integration of road network system hierarchy criteria (17.3%), and the criteria of integration between transportation modes (multi-modal aspect) (14.2%). The analysis result were the value of alternative 1 that is handling the existing provincial road network (Do Nothing) is 50.937 and the alternative 2 that is new road construction and road status upgrade (Do Something) is 58.602. Therefore alternative 2 (Do Something) is a priority alternative for supporting Aceh Port Master Plan (PMP). Abstrak: Ruas jalan Provinsi merupakan jalan Kolektor Primer, dimana keberadaan pelabuhan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem transportasi khususnya jaringan jalan yang memberikan aksesibilitas dalam mendukung rencana induk pelabuhan (RIP) Aceh, sehingga perlu menetapkan pemilihan alternatif prioritas pengembangan antara penanganan jaringan jalan provinsi eksisting (alternatif 1) dan pengembangan jaringan jalan (alternatif 2) dalam mendukung RIP Aceh. Pemilihan prioritas penanganan jalan dilakukan dengan menilai setiap kriteria pemilihan. Penilaian ini dilakukan oleh responden yang berkompeten dibidang jalan dan pejabat pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan penanganan jalan Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kriteria yang digunakan adalah kriteria yang mempunyai nilai lebih dari batas Cut Off sebesar 2,786 dan perhitungan bobot serta uji konsistensi dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Multi Kriteria (AMK) dengan pendekatan Analisys Hierarchical Process (AHP) diperoleh kriteria Efektifitas dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah ( regional development ) (44,9%), kriteria Pemerataan aksesibilitas dan konektivitas antar daerah ( accessibility /connectivity ) (23,6), kriteria Keterpaduan hirarki sistem jaringan jalan ( hierarchical integration ) dengan (17,3%), dan kriteria Keterpaduan antar moda transportasi ( multi-modal aspect ) (14,2%). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai alternatif 1 yaitu penanganan jaringan jalan eksisting provinsi ( Do Nothing ) sebesar 50,937 dan nilai alternatif 2 (dua) yaitu pembangunan jalan baru dan peningkatan status jalan ( Do Something ) sebesar 58,602. The poor condition of the intersection marked by the performance value on the circumstances existing at the level of service is very bad. On this basis, the government will build a flyover along the 900 meters. The purpose of this study is to see how big the cost savings of time and vehicle operating costs after the flyover and the extent of its economic feasibility. The method used to calculate the economic feasibility is a Cost Benefit Analysis (BCA). As for calculating the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC) used a model developed by Pacific Consultants International (PCI). Based on the results of economic evaluation of the flyover in the 25th (2040) already meet the standards of the economic feasibility with a discount rate of 15% obtained BCR value = 1.23, NPV = Rp41.031.699.871 and at a discount rate of 18% obtained value BCR = 0.96, NPV = Rp-6.502.646.207 while the IRR obtained at a discount rate of 17.5%. While the amount of savings BOK if passing a flyover of Rp1.883 / vehicles for passenger cars, Rp6.041 / vehicles to buses and Rp5.158 / vehicles to trucks. Saving time value if passing a flyover of Rp3.998 / vehicles for passenger cars, Rp39.675 / vehicles to buses and Rp4.134 / vehicles to trucks. Abstrak : Simpang Surabaya merupakan salah satu persimpangan dengan tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang cukup besar. Buruknya kondisi tersebut ditandai dengan nilai kinerja simpang pada keadaan eksisting berada pada tingkat pelayanan sangat buruk. Atas dasar ini maka pemerintah akan membangun flyover sepanjang 900 meter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar penghematan biaya waktu dan biaya operasional kendaraan setelah pembangunan flyover dan sejauh mana kelayakan ekonominya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung kelayakan ekonomi adalah Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA). Sementara untuk menghitung Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) digunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Pacific Consultan Internationnal (PCI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian evaluasi ekonomi terhadap pembangunan flyover pada tahun ke- 25 (tahun 2040) sudah memenuhi standar kelayakan ekonomi dengan discount rate 15% didapat nilai BCR=1,23, NPV=Rp41.031.699.871 dan pada discount rate 18% didapat nilai BCR=0,96, NPV=Rp-6.502.646.207 sementara nilai IRR diperoleh pada discount rate 17,5%. This road is in the mountainous area of the existing road with a width of only 3.5-4.5 meters tall, narrow and winding up with a small radius. Road construction along the 3.5 km. on site km. s/d 460+200 km. 463+700 with the most critical segment of the road is handled by construction Cantilever on 460+900 KM up to 462+650 KM along the 1.75 km. The purpose of this research was to examine the feasibility of economic development path with the method of Consumer Surplus, and cost-saving benefits of Operational Vehicles Cost (VOC), with the Pacific Consultant International (PCI) method, and time value uses productivity method. Analysis of economic feasibility of the Bina Marga is done by means of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net. Present Value (NPV), Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) and Sensitivity Analysis. The results of research on prediction of traffic flow with the growth rate of the average vehicle is 1.49%. per year. The benefits gained in terms of consumer surplus toward the construction of the new roads are in a form of the savings of VOC, passenger cars is Rp870/veh/km, bus is Rp1.149/veh/km and trucks is Rp2,749/veh/km. Savings time value obtained on new roads, vehicle passenger car Rp11,016/kend, vehicle bus, Rp73,439/kend, vehicle truck Rp7,344/veh. An analysis of the Economic Feasibility of the 25 th year since the road opened the economic feasibility of the standards for all the discount rates. At a discount rate of 10%, BCR value is 1.93, NPV value is Rp75,172,122,823.- on the discount rate of 12% the value of BCR is 1.51, the value NPV is Rp39,298,870,060.- and at a discount rate of 15% of the value, the BCR value is 1.09, the value of NPV is Rp 6,540,471,105.-. and with the value of the EIRR obtained at discount rate 15.89%, this indicates that the construction of roads of Tapaktuan – Bakongan is feasible to be implemented. Abstrak: Ruas jalan Batas Kota Tapaktuan-Bakongan yang terletak di Provinsi Aceh merupakan satu-satunya jalan menuju Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada lintas Barat Selatan. Ruas jalan ini berada pada daerah pegunungan dengan lebar badan jalan eksisting hanya 3,5-4,5 meter, sempit dan berliku dengan radius kecil. Pembangunan jalan sepanjang 3,5 km. di lokasi KM. 460+200 s/d KM. 463+700 dengan segmen yang paling kritis dari ruas jalan tersebut ditangani dengan konstruksi Cantilever pada KM 460+900 sampai dengan KM 462+650 sepanjang 1,75 km. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan ekonomi pembangunan jalan dengan metoda Consumer Surplus , manfaat penghematan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), dengan metode Pacific Consultant International (PCI), dan Nilai Waktu menggunakan metode Produktifitas. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga berdasarkan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian terhadap prediksi arus lalu lintas dengan tingkat pertumbuhan kendaraan rata-rata adalah 1,49%. per tahun. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari segi consumer surplus terhadap jalan baru berupa penghematan BOK, mobil penumpang sebesar Rp 870 /kend/km, kenderaan bus sebesar Rp. 1.149 /kend/km dan truk sebesar Rp. 2.749 /kend/km. Penghematan nilai waktu yang diperoleh pada jalan baru, kendaraan mobil penumpang Rp. 11.016 /kend, kendaraan bus, Rp. 73.439 /kend, kendaraan truk Rp.7.344 /kend. Analisis terhadap Kelayakan Ekonomi tahun ke 25 sejak jalan dibuka memenuhi standar kelayakan ekonomi untuk semua discount rate . Pada discount rate 10% nilai BCR 1,93 nilai NPV Rp. 75.172.122.823,- pada discount rate 12% nilai BCR 1,51 nilai NPV Rp. 39.298.870.060,- dan pada discount rate 15% nilai BCR 1,09 nilai NPV Rp. 6.540471.105,-. dan dengan Nilai EIRR diperoleh pada discount rate 15,89%, ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan jalan Batas Kota Tapaktuan–Bakongan layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstrak: Ruas jalan Provinsi merupakan jalan Kolektor Primer, dimana keberadaan pelabuhan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem transportasi khususnya jaringan jalan yang memberikan aksesibilitas dalam mendukung rencana induk pelabuhan (RIP) Aceh, sehingga perlu menetapkan pemilihan alternatif prioritas pengembangan antara penanganan jaringan jalan provinsi eksisting (alternatif 1) dan pengembangan jaringan jalan (alternatif 2) dalam mendukung RIP Aceh. Pemilihan prioritas penanganan jalan dilakukan dengan menilai setiap kriteria pemilihan. Penilaian ini dilakukan oleh responden yang berkompeten dibidang jalan dan pejabat pengambil keputusan dalam penentuan penanganan jalan Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kriteria yang digunakan adalah kriteria yang mempunyai nilai lebih dari batas Cut Off sebesar 2,786 dan perhitungan bobot serta uji konsistensi dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Multi Kriteria (AMK) dengan pendekatan Analisys Hierarchical Process (AHP) diperoleh kriteria Efektifitas dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah ( regional development ) (44,9%), kriteria Pemerataan aksesibilitas dan konektivitas antar daerah ( accessibility /connectivity ) (23,6), kriteria Keterpaduan hirarki sistem jaringan jalan ( hierarchical integration ) dengan (17,3%), dan kriteria Keterpaduan antar moda transportasi ( multi-modal aspect ) (14,2%). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai alternatif 1 yaitu penanganan jaringan jalan eksisting provinsi ( Do Nothing ) sebesar 50,937 dan nilai alternatif 2 (dua) yaitu pembangunan jalan baru dan peningkatan status jalan ( Do Something ) sebesar 58,602. Sehingga alternatif 2 ( Do Something ) merupakan alternatif yang diprioritaskan dalam mendukung Rencana Induk Pelabuhan (RIP) Aceh.

The method used to calculate the economic feasibility is a Cost Benefit Analysis (BCA). Based on the results of economic evaluation of the flyover in the 25th (2040) already meet the standards of the economic feasibility with a discount rate of 15% obtained BCR value = 1.23, NPV = Rp41.031.699.871 and at a discount rate of 18% obtained value BCR = 0.96, NPV = Rp-6.502.646.207 while the IRR obtained at a discount rate of 17.5%. Abstrak : Simpang Surabaya merupakan salah satu persimpangan dengan tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang cukup besar. Buruknya kondisi tersebut ditandai dengan nilai kinerja simpang pada keadaan eksisting berada pada tingkat pelayanan sangat buruk. Atas dasar ini maka pemerintah akan membangun flyover sepanjang 900 meter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar penghematan biaya waktu dan biaya operasional kendaraan setelah pembangunan flyover dan sejauh mana kelayakan ekonominya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung kelayakan ekonomi adalah Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA). Sementara untuk menghitung Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) digunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Pacific Consultan Internationnal (PCI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian evaluasi ekonomi terhadap pembangunan flyover pada tahun ke- 25 (tahun 2040) sudah memenuhi standar kelayakan ekonomi dengan discount rate 15% didapat nilai BCR=1,23, NPV=Rp41.031.699.871 dan pada discount rate 18% didapat nilai BCR=0,96, NPV=Rp-6.502.646.207 sementara nilai IRR diperoleh pada discount rate 17,5%. Sedangkan besaran penghematan BOK jika melewati flyover sebesar Rp1.883/kendaraan untuk mobil penumpang, Rp6.041/kendaraan untuk bus dan Rp5.158/kendaraan untuk truk. Penghematan nilai waktu jika melewati flyover sebesar Rp3.998/kendaraan untuk mobil penumpang, Rp39.675/kendaraan untuk bus dan Rp4.134/kendaraan untuk truk. This road is in the mountainous area of the existing road with a width of only 3.5-4.5 meters tall, narrow and winding up with a small radius. Road construction along the 3.5 km. on site km. s/d 460+200 km. 463+700 with the most critical segment of the road is handled by construction Cantilever on 460+900 KM up to 462+650 KM along the 1.75 km. The purpose of this research was to examine the feasibility of economic development path with the method of Consumer Surplus, and cost-saving benefits of Operational Vehicles Cost (VOC), with the Pacific Consultant International (PCI) method, and time value uses productivity method. Analysis of economic feasibility of the Bina Marga is done by means of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net. Present Value (NPV), Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) and Sensitivity Analysis. The results of research on prediction of traffic flow with the growth rate of the average vehicle is 1.49%. per year. The benefits gained in terms of consumer surplus toward the construction of the new roads are in a form of the savings of VOC, passenger cars is Rp870/veh/km, bus is Rp1.149/veh/km and trucks is Rp2,749/veh/km. Savings time value obtained on new roads, vehicle passenger car Rp11,016/kend, vehicle bus, Rp73,439/kend, vehicle truck Rp7,344/veh. An analysis of the Economic Feasibility of the 25 th year since the road opened the economic feasibility of the standards for all the discount rates. At a discount rate of 10%, BCR value is 1.93, NPV value is Rp75,172,122,823.- on the discount rate of 12% the value of BCR is 1.51, the value NPV is Rp39,298,870,060.- and at a discount rate of 15% of the value, the BCR value is 1.09, the value of NPV is Rp 6,540,471,105.-. and with the value of the EIRR obtained at discount rate 15.89%, this indicates that the construction of roads of Tapaktuan – Bakongan is feasible to be implemented. Abstrak: Ruas jalan Batas Kota Tapaktuan-Bakongan yang terletak di Provinsi Aceh merupakan satu-satunya jalan menuju Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada lintas Barat Selatan. Ruas jalan ini berada pada daerah pegunungan dengan lebar badan jalan eksisting hanya 3,5-4,5 meter, sempit dan berliku dengan radius kecil. Pembangunan jalan sepanjang 3,5 km. di lokasi KM. 460+200 s/d KM. 463+700 dengan segmen yang paling kritis dari ruas jalan tersebut ditangani dengan konstruksi Cantilever pada KM 460+900 sampai dengan KM 462+650 sepanjang 1,75 km. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan ekonomi pembangunan jalan dengan metoda Consumer Surplus , manfaat penghematan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), dengan metode Pacific Consultant International (PCI), dan Nilai Waktu menggunakan metode Produktifitas. Analisis kelayakan ekonomi dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga berdasarkan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR) dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian terhadap prediksi arus lalu lintas dengan tingkat pertumbuhan kendaraan rata-rata adalah 1,49%. per tahun. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari segi consumer surplus terhadap jalan baru berupa penghematan BOK, mobil penumpang sebesar Rp 870 /kend/km, kenderaan bus sebesar Rp. 1.149 /kend/km dan truk sebesar Rp. 2.749 /kend/km. Penghematan nilai waktu yang diperoleh pada jalan baru, kendaraan mobil penumpang Rp. 11.016 /kend, kendaraan bus, Rp. 73.439 /kend, kendaraan truk Rp.7.344 /kend. Analisis terhadap Kelayakan Ekonomi tahun ke 25 sejak jalan dibuka memenuhi standar kelayakan ekonomi untuk semua discount rate . Pada discount rate 10% nilai BCR 1,93 nilai NPV Rp. 75.172.122.823,- pada discount rate 12% nilai BCR 1,51 nilai NPV Rp. 39.298.870.060,- dan pada discount rate 15% nilai BCR 1,09 nilai NPV Rp. 6.540471.105,-. dan dengan Nilai EIRR diperoleh pada discount rate 15,89%, ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan jalan Batas Kota Tapaktuan–Bakongan layak untuk dilaksanakan.
