In order to follow the current trend of the military field in stealth desi gn ng and application, this study on supersonic aircraft geometries is investigated in b oth aspects. Using Soliworks® software, 3D CAD models were developed and designed . Using the tool SOM, it was possible to choose the aircraft model with lowest w ave drag coefficient ( CDwavedrag). The RCS part of this model was simulated using POFACETS software. This program was developed by Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) under the MATLAB® platform.
