Este trabajo busca determinar los factores que, desde las instituciones de educación superior (IE... more Este trabajo busca determinar los factores que, desde las instituciones de educación superior (IES), inciden en el comportamiento de consumo sostenible (CCS) de su comunidad (estudiantes, docentes y administrativos). El modelo teórico inicial propuso que la acción institucional, la educación para la sostenibilidad, la influencia social, las acciones para la comunidad vecinal y los factores físicos son determinantes del CCS de la comunidad de las IES. La investigación se realizó en 14 instituciones que albergan al 80% de la matrícula de educación superior del estado de Querétaro, México. El estudio concluyó que sólo la influencia social y las acciones para la comunidad vecinal son determinantes del CCS, sin embargo, se confirmaron nuevas hipótesis que permiten inferir que las IES están realizando actividades para su transición a la sostenibilidad.
This research seeks to identify the social factors that act as determinants of sustainable behavi... more This research seeks to identify the social factors that act as determinants of sustainable behaviour in the Polish community. It was based on a theoretical model that was tested through a questionnaire with 26 indicators adapted to this context. The research arrived at the conclusion that only four latent constructs explain 62.4% of the variance of the endogenous latent variable: environmental influences; education and information; market conditions; and government actions. These results help us better understand the motivational forces that drive consumer choice so that more effective direct and indirect action can be taken in favour of sustainable consumption. Consequently, governmental institutions and companies that operate in this sector, as well as pro-environmental and pro-social groups, will be able to work on the design of strategies, which are correctly aimed at obtaining a more desirable and positive response concerning the environment, the economy and society in general.

A partir del analisis de su origen y de los tipos de tequila existentes (tequila 100% Agave, industrial o artesanal y tequila combinado, industrial o artesanal), esta investigacion reporta la situacion de la demanda respecto al perfil del mercado consumidor y sus habitos de consumo; tambien hace referencia a las principales casas productoras de tequila que comercializan sus productos en dicha zona, haciendo un comparativo de sus ofertas comerciales. These factors are external from the individual and causal regarding sustainable behavior, an area that receives little attention in literature. It uses a theoretical model, based on existing research, which is tested through a questionnaire with 26 indicators adapted to the Spanish context. In an initial analysis, this model proposed, as determining social factors in the CCS, aspects such as government action, social pressure, influence of the social environment, demographic variables (age, gender, education level), education and information, and market conditions. Finally, it was concluded that 43.4% of the variance of the endogenous latent variable (SCC) can be explained only by three exogenous latent constructions: environmental influences (in particular the influence of family and friends, as well as that generated by cultural factors such as traditio...
