The growth of technology topologies is allowing for a robust infrastructure that offers a bad actor in our society many new opportunities to commit crimes or terrorist acts. These new infrastructures being used by the bad actor offer the investigator new opportunities to track and collect artifacts that can lead to the identification of these bad actors. Current forensic collection frameworks still focus heavily on the collection of small datasets and non-complex topologies. This paper focuses on the digital triage component of the artifact collection process. This paper proposes a more defined triage methodology that answers todays more robust topologies.

The holistic approach includes using all domains within forensic investigations. The holistic approach allows the investigator to correlate or associate digital evidence to a human element in an investigation. Key to this holistic approach is the Technology to Biology Bridge. The process of using other forensic artifacts to link a digital device to a human.

Current research in this area predominantly revolves around the medical field, but the current study was used to examine other industries involved in high-reliability operations. It was noted through the research that in the medical trauma field, teams do not form a maturity, because they quickly assemble and disband. The maturity factor is a key component in the decision to use authoritarian or participative leadership. The study used a qualitative approach by employing Fiedler’s least preferred coworker scale and developed a variable of follower effectiveness to understand the relationship between the leader and follower as different leadership styles were used. A qualitative approach to the data was used to explore the follower’s feeling of value to the leader. Using the measures, a Spearman correlation and scatter plot assessments within SPSS analyzed the quantitative data. A thematic approach was used to analyze the qualitative data. In the study, data was used to successfully identify that the participative leader does not create a time delay in the time-urgent chaotic portion of a high-reliability organization.

The Autopoietic theory, when applied to SM provides efficiency in maintaining the competitive advantage, which, is the loosely defined theory of strategic management, according to Shekhar (2009). Secondly, this paper will show that it is the use of organizational learning as argued by Mintzberg (1993); Witcher and Chau (2012) that allows for the Autopoietic theory to function — providing learned parameters and variables that are
required to apply automatic or programmatic corrective functions.

Within the literature review, a quick overview of the central theme of each theory will be presented. This will be followed by a discussion of how the theories participate with each other exposing the threads that bind them.

The collection of detailed shopper information will allow the retailer to identify specific consumer shopping traits and habits. Enhanced consumer behavior analysis has led to new methods of predictive analysis and model creation. This paper will argue that predictive analysis can be a powerful tool in defining new market micro-segments.

A literature review of each component will be provided. Based on this review, this paper will argue that intelligence is a required trait in any leadership situation. That without the intelligence trait, the leader will not have the requisite ability to employ leadership.
