I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if I feel unable or uncomfortable to do it. When working on commission i usually update my progress (sketch, lineart&base color, final artwork) so please check your message regularly or inform me if you don't need any. 

Extra material (simple furniture, food, toy, etc) will charge extra fee depends on complexity (1-5usd)
