In the past, unification of rural community had been discussed in macro aspects such as social norms and land property. However, in recent years, by changing social and economical backgrounds, macro aspects mentioned above have been switching to micro aspect, which considers and/or discusses the integration and “communality” on rural society from the viewpoint of individual relationships and/or networks. Nowadays, researches that are focusing on this micro aspect have been increasing. In this paper, we also focused on “communality” and discussed about it from the viewpoint of micro aspect through a case study on I district in Yamato City, Kumamoto Prefecture.
