ABSTRACT
Electronic Ticket Machine
The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation is introducing ticket machines on buses. The
ticket machines would end the use of the hefty 1.5-kg ticket racks carried by KSRTC conductors. It
would also end the practice of tearing out tickets and marking fare stages.
Instead, the KSRTC conductor would just have to key in the details about the fare stage and
the ticket machine would print out the ticket. The machine weighs only 800 grams and is convenient to
carry. The parameters are almost like that of a railway ticket, the only difference being that the machine
is portable.
The machine can print out 2,300 tickets, including the journey report in order to facilitate
inspection by the corporation's checking inspectors. Each machine costs Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000. The
KSRTC has budgeted Rs. 2 cores for this innovative step which would have the support of the
Information Technology Department. In old days the KSRTC was spending Rs. 85 lakhs on printing
tickets. The ticket machines would help prevent loss on account of malpractice. It would also help in
providing adequate data to the corporation, particularly with regard to the boarding of passengers from
fare stages and important points. This would help the corporation prepare and organize its schedules
more efficiently on the basis of traffic demand. Besides, it would provide data on concessions given to
various sections. Another additional feature is that the data in the ticket machine could be fed into the
computer. More over the depots of the corporation would be fully computerized so we want to add
some other modules in our domain for depot’s verification.

O perfil do egresso idealizado pela IES para o CST em Secretariado possibilita a
formação do profissional que tenha como valores e pressupostos essenciais um perfil
generalista, crítico, reflexivo, propositivo, humanístico e dinâmico, apto a agir
eticamente, diagnosticando os ambientes externo e interno, para a tomada de
decisão e do estabelecimento de estratégias e objetivos, a fim de investigar inovações
e implementá-las nos processos estruturados e, atuando postura socialmente
responsável, sendo que pelas atividades extensionistas vinculadas ao Programa de
Extensão Contexto à Comunidade, esse egresso poderá desenvolver habilidades e
capacidade para conduzir atividades referentes à compreensão da realidade social,
cultural e econômica do meio em que está inserido, direcionando suas ações para a
transformação da realidade e para o desenvolvimento social e da qualidade de vida.

RESUMEN
La automatización robótica de procesos (RPA) surge como una solución, cimentada en forma de software, para automatizar procesos basados en reglas que involucran tareas rutinarias, datos estructurados y resultados determinados. En diferentes contextos se han demostrado los beneficios de la aplicación de RPA en términos de productividad, costos, velocidad y reducción de errores. Pero uno de los desafíos clave para el éxito del RPA en las organizaciones, es identificar de manera efectiva los procesos y tareas que son adecuados para la automatización. Es por ello qué se utilizará este documento para proponer un enfoque que permita especificar los requerimientos de los procesos candidatos a automatizar, realizando una descripción del proceso, indicando los objetivos y beneficios a obtener, así como una descripción del proceso TO BE, el alcance de la solución y los elementos necesarios para implementación del robot o asistente digital. Permitiendo que, desde el CoE (Centro de Excelencia), los profesionales de TI o las empresas terceras a cargo del desarrollo de la solución tengan una línea base para plasmar las automatizaciones.
ABSTRACT
Robotic process automation (RPA) emerges as a solution, grounded in the form of software, to automate processes based on rules that involve routine tasks, structured data and determined results. In different contexts the benefits of the application of RPA have been demonstrated in terms of productivity, costs, speed and error reduction. But one of the key challenges to the success of RPA in organizations is to effectively identify the processes and tasks that are suitable for automation. That is why this document will be 144 used to propose an approach that allows specifying the requirements of the candidate processes to automate, making a description of the process, indicating the objectives and benefits to be obtained, as well as a description of the TO BE process, the scope of the solution and the necessary elements for robot or digital assistant implementation. The aim of this study was to design, develop and evaluate the Miscarriage Australia website using human centered design.MethodsA four stage human centered design approach was used to develop the Miscarriage Australia website which aimed to: (1) Understand the issue and why users need a website; (2) Define users’ specific needs; (3) Design solutions to meet those needs; and (4) Evaluate the design by testing with end users. Across the four stages, various types of data and data analysis were developed and utilized including interviews, desktop research, development of personas and tone of voice, followed by usability testing. Smart cities are comprised of intelligent objects that can collectively and automatically improve living standards, preserve lives, and function as a sustainable environment. Drones or Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), robotics, cognitive computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are mandatory to enhance the intellectual ability of smart cities by enhancing connectivity, energy efficiency, and Quality of Signal (QoS). Consequently, the integration of drones with IoT plays a crucial part in enabling a vast array of smart-city applications. Drones are undeniably the technology of the future. They glide in the air, keeping an eye on things in their metropolis. They do not need human control or operation. They capture data based on visuals and sounds by employing a variety of sensors, webcams, and mics, and then transfer it to a gateway for processing and retrieving information. Drones will let us gather vast volumes of data for processing, while also enhancing the intelligence of smart cities. The drone's signal is vulnerable to absorption, refraction, diffraction, and attenuation. Therefore, it is essential to predict the signal from the drone. This study presents an intelligent method using Deep Learning to predict the signal strength for enhancing network connectivity and delivering the desired QoS of IoTs and drone integration. This enables effective data transmission, boosts QoS for end-users/devices, and reduces data transmission power consumption.
