Serabi Solo is a traditional food made from rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, salt, water and other ingridients. Serabi is round, flat and porous. Coconut milk was used to develop serabi's taste making it sweet and savory. However, rancidity can decrease quality of serabi during shelf life. Mold growth also affects food safety of this perishable food. Serabi Solo is developing as gift that has longer shelf life beside flavor and appearance variations. Concrete solutions to inhibit rancidity were matcha green tea because of poliphenol as an antioxidant. Matcha green tea addition and pasteurization improved Serabi Solo quality and inhibited rancidity. Based on previous research, matcha green tea 1% made Serabi shelf life longer (24,66 hours). Pemutihan gigi sangat meningkat penatalaksanaannya di masyarakat untuk keperluan estetik. Bahan pemutih gigi yang sering digunakan yaitu hidrogen peroksida. Bahan tersebut memiliki efek samping, salah satunya dapat menyebabkan sensitivitas pada gigi. Asam sitrat pada lemon diketahui memiliki kemampuan dalam memutihkan gigi yang berubah warna karena memiliki gugus OH yang berpotensi menjadi oksidator sama seperti kandungan pada hidrogen perksida. Natrium bikarbonat diketahui dapat efektif sebagai bahan pemutih gigi karena adanya reaksi oksidasi antara natrium bikarbonat dan oksigen. Struktur kristal natrium bikarbonat yang bersifat besar dan lembut dapat melepaskan noda pada gigi. Main commodities of Menang Village are star fruit with sales volume reaching 105 tons of star fruit every year which are sold to traditional markets and Gudang Garam market. But the perishable nature of the fruit causes farmers to sell cheaply if the harvest season is over. Therefore, the community took the initiative to process starfruit into star fruit juice to extend shelf life and increase the economic value of the fruit. Daun Katuk telah diketahui berguna untuk melancarkan air susu ibu, daun Kelor mengandung senyawa-senyawa yang sanygat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan gizi, sedangkan Jahe dengan kandungan senyawa kimianya terutama gingerol berguna untuk meningkatkan imunitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memformulasi simplisia daun katuk, daun kelor dan jahe menjadi minuman instan yang dapat menyehatkan tubuh. Metode pembuatan simplisia dengan mengeringkan bahan basah di oven pada suhu 50oC dan metode formulasi ketiga simplisia dengan metode granulasi. Parameter penelitian yang digunakan adalah waktu larur, kadar air, warna, aroma, rasa, kemasan, dan khasiat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh penggunaan selebriti endorser internasional terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan menggunakan Nu Green Tea sebagai objek penelitian.
