Los análisis cerámicos basados en registros de formas y diseños han permitido grandes avances en la arqueología andina para identificar grupos culturales e interacciones, y estudiar fenómenos diacrónicos. En ciertos casos, estos análisis pueden presentar asimismo algunos límites, tal como lo evidencian la arqueología y la etnografía. Estos posibles obstáculos pueden ser superados al tomar en cuenta también cómo fueron fabricadas las vasijas, es decir, la dimensión técnica de la cerámica. Se han propuesto varias herramientas teórico-metodológicas en ese sentido. La ponencia resume los fundamentos y aplicación de una de ellas, -el enfoque tecnológico desarrollado en Francia-, y expone de qué manera se proyecta aplicarla a un caso de estudio que abarca el norte del Perú y sur del Ecuador. Sancionada em 24 de dezembro de 2019 – com prazo de "vacatio legis" de apenas 30 (trinta) dias, contados da sua publicação oficial –, a Lei 13.964/2019 promove alterações sensíveis na legislação penal e processual penal. No campo do direito processual, o aperfeiçoamento legislativo decorre, em especial, da tentativa de distanciamento do sistema inquisitorial, apontado pela ciência jurídica como fonte de abusos, em prejuízo aos direitos fundamentais do acusado. Nesse sentido, a nova lei acrescentou ao Código de Processo Penal o art. 3º-A, dispondo que o processo penal terá estrutura acusatória, vedadas a iniciativa do juiz na fase de investigação e a substituição da atuação probatória do órgão de acusação. A reforma legislativa, contudo – certamente em razão de uma reflexão ainda imatura a respeito de variados temas –, tem gerado uma série de incompreensões, além de mudanças que, paradoxalmente, afrontam o próprio sistema acusatório (e, por isso mesmo, precisam ser confrontadas com a Constituição). Partindo-se de todas essas colocações, é possível apontar um duplo objetivo da presente obra: de um lado, pretendemos, em uma primeira abordagem sobre as recentes mudanças, traçar um panorama explicativo sobre as principais alterações legislativas; de outro, buscaremos expor as incongruências da legislação, contribuindo para uma reflexão mais ampla sobre os seus temas.

Interactions Between Calonectria crotalariae and Heterodera glycines on Soybean1990 •
The interactions of Heterodera glycines at four egg inoculum levels (0, 100, 1,000, and 10,000 per pot) and three cyst levels (0, 100, and 200 per pot) and Calonectria crotalariae at 500, 5,000, and 50,000 microsclerotia per pot were evaluated on soybean. At the two lowest nematode egg levels, the presence of C. crotalariae did not affect nematode reproduction. At 10,000 eggs per pot, however, nematode reproduction was increased significantly at each microsclerotial level. The increase in nematode reproduction was stepwise at 500 and 5,000 microsclerotia per pot but declined at 50,000 microsclerotia per pot. Similar results were obtained when cysts rather than eggs were used as nematode inoculum. The nematode x fungus interaction significantly affected 60-day plant growth parameters of both Lee 74 and Centennial soybean.
