Effect of supination inserts on the heel angle during gait
Abstract
In this study there was investigated whether supination elements have an effect on the heel and prevent overpronation. 3D gait analysis was carried out. The heel angle was measured in static and dynamic conditions. Obtained results suggest that supination wedges may reduce pronation by 2 ÷ 5 degrees.
