Nicor Michelle Tidor BSAT 4-B Barzola Restaurant is started since 1987 the father and mother of Barzola brother’s manage this business for 8 year all their hardwork is effective and they achieve the success today Rene Barzola and Jay Barzola manage the business almost 6 years their specialty is seafood and they have popular dish served .Rene Barzola loves to cook design and giving the good taste to the customer while Jay Barzola he is asign in all operation of the business checking the inventories and also he is asign for hiring people also he is the one decide what is the best for the business give the comfortability of the customers need.Rene Barzola have family he has two children while Jay is single . Barzola restauran have 3 ladies maria ,sharon and jasmine are waitress and they have 2 cook.But today they face profit drop their customer will not happy with their services they didn’t want the taste of the food. Barzola Restaurant failing because of the bad attitude like rude, disappointing service of the employees to the customer that the first reason and disrespect to the manager lack knowledge about the ingredients of foods.The profit of the business drop and the manager have no focus in the business and no inventory contol he didn’t do his job will because his attention is on his cellphone as a manager he is the one who manage the operation to secure that the business profit will increase everyday and he is the one who see what some problem in the business what strategy that he made in order to give the satisfaction of the customers needs.The organition is not united they have no invertories to know if some of their product is have or no.The waitress have no properly trained. Other may include not getting consistent supplies that result in menu items not being available. Also they are not think that they have more competitors in the area.The manager did not think the risk if they are continue to low their sales and have no customer. The remedy of the business, Rene Barzola called Wilie to help his business to cope up the losses and what strategy they have to made to increase the sales of their product.First Willie do is he put cameras inside othe restaurant to see what is going on to answer the question why the business continue to failing ?and cameras is very useful rene saw the movements of the employees how they serve the customer is they satisfy the customer’s need?is it customer are comfortable with their service?and rene reaction after he saw the performance of the persons involved the restaurant organization was shocking and he immediately called the attention of the employees rene need to correct the behavior that they act and he give training for the employees about the ingredients of every menu that they serve in the customer and he needs to talked the employee if they have conflict to co-worker because that conflict can affect to the performace of the employee and also to the customer.And asign the position of individual according to their skills that fit to the position so they can perform well. The business description of this restaurant, this business have five staff three waitresses and two waiter and this five staff is lack of proper training on how to approach the customer right, the business is not only a restaurant but also have a bar inside since the business is focusing on seafood dishes and something negative impacts the shrimp market, a threat exists if you need to raise prices or find new suppliers, because you may lose business. They have an experienced chef, the business feedback is negative because of their employee not with the food. The job failing of this business or key issue is the bad attitude of their employee to their customer and how they treat their customer and their employee have no knowledge about their menu , for example if the customer ask about to their menu they don’t have any idea about it and they don’t have inventory control because of it they don’t know if they have that product, and of this issue it can affect their business that can cause no customer to come back anymore and because of their employees that don’t have properly training about their job, because some of them they can serve their customer while swallowing a chewing gum because of that the customer is discourage about their action and not only the employee have a issue in this business also the owner, this employee have no patience to their customer while they are serving and getting the order of the customer, For instance, your wait staff may create a weakness for your restaurant, since you’re dependent on them for the personal service they provide to each table. The remedy for this issue, the manager can conduct a interview and properly training and teach about their menu to their employee so if the customer can ask about the menu they can answer it that they can serve the customer properly and teach also the employee the right way on serving and treating the customer and they also need a rules and regulation because if they have a rules and regulation they can control the business, when they are in the work and the manager need to be strict also so that the employee can respect him because it is not only for the business but for all of them that are working and the manager assign their perspective assignment so that they manage well the task that give to them. After they have this remedy the result is the employee is more effective and they have what we call the teamwork and because of this they have more customer and they serve it properly with the right behavior and they satisfy their customer. I recommend that they change their employee and they pick or hired the employee that love this kind of job, and need to have respect on each other so that they have a good relationship, so it have a good effect on the business.
