Penelitian ini berjudul “FUNGSI KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. LEN INDUSTRI (PERSERO)”, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan hambatan dalam komunikasi internal yang berlangsung di PT. Len Industri (persero), serta usaha untuk menyelesaikan hambatan. Metode ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi,wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Dalam penelitian teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik acak sederhana (ramdom sapling), peneliti mengambil 100 respon atau 20% dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 500 responden yang terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT. Len Industri (persero). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, komunikasi internal di PT. Len Industri (persero) yang dilakukan pimpinan dan karyawan PT. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and activity ratio on the performance of food and beverages manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2018-2020. The object used for this study is the food and beverages manufacturing companies that have fully published their financial statements for the fiscal year 2018-2020 and have a positive profit flow during the entire period of the study. The number of companies that qualify for the study based on the predetermined criteria amounted to 10(ten) companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method whereby the researcher determines the sample based on predetermined criteria set by the researcher. The data collection method used for this study is the documentation method, and the data analysis used is a descriptive quantitative analysis using current ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover ratio, and return on assets.

This research was obtained from the report of the Indonesia Railway Corporation's Balance Sheet and Profit in 2018, then the title is: Analysis of the Financial Statements of PT. Railroad Indonesia. The aim is to find out the performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia in terms of liquidity, solvency, activities and profitability. The research method is Library Research by exposing existing data in the form of Balance Sheet and Income reports via the internet where the data are in the form of quantitative data and in the form of descriptive. Financial statement analysis is performed to determine the company's financial performance, can also be used as a reference in making decisions that affect the company's future. The result is that liquidity: current ratio = 1.336, Quick ratio = 11.221.049.9, cash ratio = 0.543 and working capital = 0.077. The solvability is: total debt to equity ratio = 2.63, total debt to total asset ratio = 0.625, long term to total asset ratio = 1.66, Tangible Asset dept coverage = 1.94, Time interest earned Ratio = 0.064. Its activities are: Total asset turnover = 0.256, accounts receivable turnover = 2.67, accounts receivable collection period = 134.78, inventory turnover = 0, fixed assets turnover = 0.370. While the profitability are: Gross profit Margin = 1, Net Profit Margin = 0.099, operational profit Margin = 0.141, Return on Investment = 0.020 and return on equity = 0.07.

Absrtak . Bawang merah merupakan salah satu usahatani sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani. Bawang merah yang terdapat di Desa Lam Manyang dengan luas lahan berkisar sebesar 10 Ha, dengan hasil yang di dapatkan setiap panen berkisar antara 7-8 ton per hektar. Hal ini tentu memiliki prospek pasar yang sangat baik dan perlu untuk terus dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi bawang merah di Desa Lam Manyang Kecamatan Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus. Metode sensus yaitu metode penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan semua anggota populasi. Perusahaan kecap Segi Tiga Majalengka merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri rumah tangga yang menghasilkan produk kecap manis. Kecap merupakan hasil fermentasi dengan bantuan mikroba Rhizophus sp dan Aspergillus oryzae kondisi tersebut diperlukan perhatian khusus agar produk kecap tidak terkena kontaminasi kimia, biologi, maupun kimia sehingga diperlukan program sanitasi dan higiene, Tujuan kerja praktik ini yaitu menganalisis penerapan sanitasi dan higiene pada proses produksi kecap Segi Tiga Majalengka berdasarkan BPOM Nomor HK.03.1.23.04.12.2206 tahun 2012. Jenis pengambilan data menggunakan kualitatif dengan tanya jawab dan observasi langsung. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu proses penerapan sanitasi dan higiene di perusahaan kecap Segi Tiga telah melakukan dengan baik namun belum sempurna. 15 aspek sudah diterapkan dengan baik, 10 sudah diterapkan namun belum sempurna, dan 7 tidak diterapkan dari 32 kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.
