An Examination of Cross-Border Dynamic Tourism Net Isabel Zizaldra -Hernández Tomás Cuevas-Contreras Jaume Guia-Julve This paper discusses the nature of complex interdependence boundaries in the context of tourism between Mexico and the United States. To explore the actors and stakeholders spaces a dynamic border communities where politics often play a significant role. Social networks studies are combined with a political science definition that demarcates the external limits of nation state to international borders collaboration and its exercise of sovereignty, related with management networks as a generator of tourism. The issues become when the two border countries do not coincide with the reciprocal benefits of transborder relationship at the regional level. Model is proposed as aid to understanding the role of Cross-Border Dynamic Tourism Net. The focus is on some of the most important challenges in terms of developing a trademark cross-border region as a single destination.
