This study contributes to the literature on the competitiveness of Romanian exports with a new perspective over the decade 2001-2011, by overlapping of two complementary analyses: of the export performance dynamics and of the domestic revenues created by export manufacturers and their suppliers. The analyzed period includes the period of global economic growth (mainly 2003-2007) and the first years of the economic crisis (2009-2011 ). The year 2007, when Romania joined the European Union, is in the middle of the analyzed period. The dynamics of Romania's export performance was assessed through a specific method combining three different research lines(1) changes in the ranking of exported products in the reference years 2001 and 2011, (2) evolution of the performance of key products exported in 2001 and (3) the position in 2001 of key products exported in 2011. The accreditation of the family medicine practices has reached on the public agenda in Romania as well. For now, the law has been postponed and will be implemented begining with the next year. Until then, we should inform ourselves and see what the implications would be for improving the quality of primary care. This article reviews the most important experiences in Europe regarding the external evaluation of medical practices.

Peisajele culturale istorice ale României şi posibilităţile lor de valorificare. În România cercetarea sistematică a peisajelor se află abia la început. Peisajele culturale istorice şi elementele lor se găsesc peste tot, dar în prezent ele sunt supuse unor modificări rapide şi necontrolate. Cu toate că România a aderat în 2002 la Convenţia Europeană a Peisajelor, rezultatele unei valorificări în cadrul planurilor de dezvoltare durabilă se lasă aşteptate. România se află la intersecţia unor mari regiuni ale Europei (Centrale, de Sud est şi de Est), ceea ce îi conferă un amestec caracteristic de peisaje culturale, create de majoritatea română, dar şi de numeroasele minorităţi. This paper aims at discussing some problems of the contemporary art through some of Arthur Danto’s theories. The concept of the end of art, the new way of making art, how to understand the contemporary art are some fundamental problems of nowadays art criticism. Comparisons among artistic techniques used by various avant-gardist movements, especially cubist, abstractionist and dadaist ones are intended to build a comprehensive image of the evolution in art creativity towards post-wars period represented by new contributions (Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys). These examples prove that the contemporary art needs a more attentive interpretation and a better understanding of the material-form connection within the art work and the process of plastic creativity.
