Összefoglaló. A felsőoktatás egyik legfontosabb feladata, hogy a munkaerőpiac által megkövetelt kompetenciákra felkészítse a hallgatókat, tehát a felsőoktatás, a munkaerőpiac, különösen a rendvédelmi szervek által képviselt speciális munkaerőpiac kongruenciájának kialakítása kiemelt figyelmet érdemel. A kompetenciák közül a 21. században megjelenő pozíciók ellátásához a digitális olvasás- és írástudás, valamint a kommunikáció fejlesztése elengedhetetlen. A kutatási téma célja a hallgatók digitális és verbális kommunikációs szintjének fejlesztése a szaknyelvi órák keretében különböző nyelvtanulási módszerek és nyelvtanulási stratégiák alkalmazásával. On 25th September 1397, Richard II confirmed an earlier charter guaranteeing historic rights and liberties to the Chester exchequer, granting greater legal status to the mayor and commonality of Chester regarding the trial and apprehension of felons and fugitives. The charter confirms and concedes these rights to the Principality, rather than the county, of Chester. Cheshire’s status as a principality was brief, upon Henry IV’s accession the favour that Richard II had shown the county was swiftly overturned but however brief Cheshire’s elevation was, it is still the only county in England to have ever had the privilege. The men of Cheshire proved to be the most consistent opposition to the early reign of Henry IV. The Legh family - a middle gentry family who owed their prominence in Cheshire politics to Richard II's favour provide a clear case study of the role of patronage and kinship in the Cheshire insurrection of 1399-1403.
