Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy, 2020
The position of one of the more attractive parties can determine the conditions without providing an ineffective position for the other party. For the sake of consumer protection, the Consumer Protection Act has given certain restrictions on agreements that contain standard clauses. Thus, UUPK makes a legal contribution by limiting contract freedom in standard agreements. One of the objectives of the national banking system is to ensure that banks do not compete financially with their customers but must serve the financial needs of the community, fairly and smoothly. A healthy bank operation based on services that can secure and convince the public, and itself, will actively support the establishment of a healthy banking system. Good experience in Indonesia and in other countries shows that some banks have experienced difficulties and have been forced to close, namely because the community needs protection for their company's funds in the banking system.

Starting with the enactment of the New Civil Code have been regulated for the first time contracts and legal institutions specific to the banking activity. The new regulation even if they brought important solutions for certain problems regarded in the commercial activity and especially in the banking sector, have also raised new questions regarding especially their domain of applicability, their imperative or dispositive character or the possibility for the parties to conclude contract other than those expressly regulated. By taking into consideration the special character of the operations involving the administration of money as well as the sensitivity from a legal and especially social perspective of the ownership relation regarding money, we have focused in our analysis on the relations resulting from the contracts regulated by the chapter "the bank account and other banking contracts".

The regulatory effect of synthetic plant growth regulators based on synthetic derivatives of N-oxide-2,6-dimethylpyridine (Ivin), 6-methyl-2-mercapto-4-hydroxypyrimidine sodium and potassium salts (Methyur and Kamethur), as well as microfertilizers Rostok Extra and Radix Tim forte plus, used separately or in complex, on the vegetative growth of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cv. Sherpa was studied. The highest growth parameters (average length of plant shoots and roots (cm), and average biomass of 10 plants (g)) of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cv. Sherpa were obtained when the seeds were treated with synthetic plant growth regulators Methyur and Kamethur, or microfertilizers Rostock extra and Radix Tim forte plus, or a complex of plant growth regulators with microfertilizers: Ivin+Rostok extra, Ivin+Radix Tim forte plus, Methyur+Rostok extra, Methyur+Radix Tim forte plus, Kamethur+Rostok extra, Kamethur+Radix Tim forte plus. The plant growth regulatory activity of the Ivin, Methyur and Kamethur or microfertilizers Rostok Extra and Radix Tim forte plus, which were used separately or in complexes, was similar to the plant hormone auxin IAA. Based on the obtained results, it is suggested to use of synthetic plant growth regulators Ivin, Methyur and Kamethur separately or in a complex with microfertilizers Rostok extra and Radix Tim forte plus to improve the vegetative growth of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cv. Sherpa. Keywords: Brassica napus L., IAA, Ivin, Methyur, Kamethur, Rostok Extra, Radix Tim forte plus.

This study aimed to assess the prevalence of commuters in Gulf Medical University (GMU), the impact of length of commute on student's health, and the association between length of commute and academic performance. We conducted a cross-sectional study at Gulf Medical University in the Summer of 2018. It included students 18 years of age and above, regardless of gender, nationality, and year of study, enrolled across the various GMU programs, including Medicine, Dentistry, Basic Medical Science, Physical Therapy, Health Science, Nursing, and Pharmacy. Four hundred and twenty students actively participated in our self-administered questionnaire. Our study determined statistically significant associations between commute and a variety of factors such as physical difficulties, stress, the prevalence of accidents, sleep schedule, etc. Our study concluded that students having longer commutes experienced significant physical difficulties, higher levels of stress, and an increased risk o...
