В ході проведення роботи нами було обстежено 107 пацієнтів з синдромом подразненого кишечника. Після проведеного лікування схемами, що включають тетрациклічний антидепресант та селективний інгібітор зворотнього захвату серотоніну, виявлено, що ступінь запалення слизової оболонки товстого кишечника зменшується, або зовсім зникає, про що свідчить наявність 0 ступеню інфільтрації згідно запатентованої нами класифікації запалення слизової оболонки товстого кишечника.

Монографія присвячена узагальненню експериментальних досліджень впливу лікарського засобу з політропними фармакологічними властивостями вінборону на фармакодинаміку широковживаного нестероїдного протизапального засобу – ібупрофену. Представлено дані про вплив ібупрофену та його комбінації з вінбороном на шлункову секрецію, проліферацію та апоптоз епітеліоцитів шлунку. Проведено оцінку ефективності комбінованого застосування ібупрофену та вінборону в лікуванні експериментального ревматоїдного артриту за даними гематологічних, біохімічних та патоморфологічних досліджень. Монографія буде корисною для широкого кола лікарів-клініцистів, фармакологів, біохіміків, патофізіологів та здобувачів закладів вищої освіти медичного, фармацевтичного та біологічного профілів. Таблиць – 10, рисунків – 40, бібліографія – 144 посилань. This monograph summarizes the experimental studies on the pleiotropic effects of vinboron on pharmacodynamics of ibuprofen which is a widely used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Data on the effect of ibuprofen and its combination with vinboron on gastric secretion, proliferation and apoptosis of gastric epitheliocytes are presented. The effectiveness of the combined use of ibuprofen and vinboron in the treatment of experimental rheumatoid arthritis was evaluated in hematological, biochemical and pathomorphological studies. The monograph will be of intersest for clinicians, pharmacologists, biochemists, pathophysiologists as well as for medical, pharmacy and biology students. Tables – 10, figures – 40, bibliography – 144 references.

For the first time the clinical morphological peculiarities of the thymus of 25 women with generalized medium-severity myasthenia were investigated. Atrophy of true parenchyma, the appearance of lymphoid follicles with light germinal centres within the bounds of dilated intralobular perivascular spaces (IPS), a decrease of the protein-synthetic activity of the epithelial cells and an increase of the lymphocytic apoptotic level were noted microscopically in the thymus, of women suffering from generali zed medium severity degree myasthenia. A deficiency of the T-suppressors IgG and IgAin the blood was marked.

The results of surgical treatment of 204 patients with perforation of pyloroduodenal ulcer have been analyzed. To study the proliferative activity of cells and to determine the index of proliferation in the periulcerosis region, an immunohistochemical method for investigating the expression of Ki-67 antigen was used. It was established that in the ulcerative defect of caudal perforation ulcers, the reparative processes are low and very low. It is extremely undesirable to suture these ulcers due to poor healing and a high risk of insufficiency of sutures in the early postoperative period and recurrence of ulcers in the long term after surgery. Taking into account the obtained data, the choice of surgical tactics is the carving of cranial perforated peptic ulcers. In the absence of causal infiltration, immunohistochemical studies have shown high reparative capacity of tissues in the area of the ulcerative defect, which makes it possible to recommend the perforation of the ears as a selection operation for these perforated ulcers. Laparoscopic intervention with complicated peptic ulcer is a safe and effective method of treatment. Advantages of laparoscopic access-increase of comfort for the patient, their early return to daily activity.
