This course is designed to introduce students to the major theoretical traditions of international relations and diplomacy. We will begin with a critical investigation of the competing assumptions and concepts that form the heart of various or maybe traditional theoretical approaches to the study of world politics. As a class we will discuss the key actors, processes, and variables highlighted by each theory, and assess their relative strengths and weaknesses. Throughout this investigation, we will consider various theoretical tradeoffs relating to the issues such as levels of analysis, parsimony versus accuracy, and the types of research questions being addressed. There is an important underlying goal of the course: to provide students with an opportunity to improve their ability to engage in critical analysis. Vorwort-Zum 100. Band der GERMANIA Auch und gerade in krisenhaften Zeiten soll man dem Erfreulichen Raum geben und Jubiläen feiern, und so feiern wir mit Ihnen, liebe Leserin und lieber Leser, das Erscheinen des 100. Bandes der GERMANIA-in gewohnter Qualität sowohl im Druck als auch als digitale Ausgabe im Open Access (https://publications.dainst.org/journals/ger). Als der erste Jahrgang dieser neuen Zeitschrift erschien, im Jahr 1917, nannte sich die Forschungseinrichtung, der wir angehören, noch "Kaiserlich Deutsches Archäologisches Institut"und ein Krieg von bis dahin ungekanntem Ausmaß brachte Schrecken über Europa und die Welt. Den Krieg thematisierte Friedrich Koepp in seiner Einführung zum ersten Heft nicht, erwähnte ihn nur beiläufig (F. Koepp, Zur Einführung. Korrespondenzblatt des Kaiserlichen Archäologischen Instituts 1, 1917, 1-4). Er tat dies in Zusammenhang mit dem Namen "Korrespondenzblatt" für die neue Zeitschrift und bestätigte: "Schön aber ist der Name nicht, das geben wir zu und sind auch schon vor dem Krieg dieser Meinung gewesen" (Koepp 1917, 4). Überlegungen, dass die RGK eine zweite Zeitschrift, neben dem jährlichen Bericht, herausgeben solle, gab es also bereits vor 1914; und zur Lösung des Namensproblems firmierte die neue Zeitschrift ab Band 2, 1918, dann unter ihrem heutigen Namen GERMANIA. Was Koepp statt des Krieges ausführlich thematisierte, war die Notwendigkeit, dass sich "die Römisch-Germanische Forschung […] von zunftmäßiger Abschließung fern" halten müsse (1917, 1) und die neue Zeitschrift "Beziehungen herstellen" und die Möglichkeit zum "Gedankenaustausch eines Briefwechsels" bieten müsse (1917, 4). Anders als der Bericht der RGK sei dieses Blatt auf den Austausch aller mit vorrömischer wie römischer Archäologie sich Befassenden angelegt: "Einem Blatt, das wir nicht nur lesen, sondern für das wir auch schreiben, fühlen wir uns doch erst recht verbunden. […] Es brauchen nicht alle Spaten und Feder zu führen. Gar manche Abstufungen nützlicher Mitarbeit gibt es. Wer aber den Spaten führt, soll auch die Feder führen: keine Ausgrabung ohne Bericht!" (Koepp 1917, 2). Auch von den Vereinen und "ihren Zusammenkünften und sonstigen Unternehmungen soll das ‚Korrespondenzblatt' Nachricht geben" (Koepp 1917, 2). Darüber hinaus sollten Aufsätze neue Betrachtungen bieten und es sollte "auf das Wichtigste an selbständigen Büchern wie an Zeitschriftaufsätzen […] hingewiesen werden" (Koepp 1917, 3). Diesem inklusiven Gedanken ist die GERMANIA noch heute verpflichtet. Im Verlauf der über 100 Jahre haben sich Schreibstile, Schwerpunkte und Rubriken der Beiträge der GERMANIA mehrfach gewandelt, aber sie lebt weiterhin von der Fülle an Betrachtungen über die Archäologie in Europa in Form von Aufsätzen, Buchbesprechungen und den vor in den letzten Jahren etablierten Diskussionsbeiträgen. Heute publiziert die GERMANIA wissenschaftliche Beiträge zur Ur-und Frühgeschichte und Provinzialrömischen Archäologie ebenso wie Beiträge zur Theorie und Methodik archäologischer Disziplinen, und dies in mehreren Sprachen und aus vielen Blickwinkeln (vgl. E. Bánffy / K. P. Hofmann / A. Gramsch, Vorwort-Publizieren mit vielen Zungen. Germania 97, 2019, IX-XI). Der nun vorliegende 100. Band legt einen noch stärkeren Schwerpunkt auf die römisch-germanische Archäologie und ‚die Germanen' als üblich-auf Germanenbilder in Geschichte und Gegenwart, auf Germanenforschung und auf die Archäologie ‚germanischer' Artefakte und Beziehungen über den Limes hinweg. L'articolo esplora la proposta educativa di don Bosco, evidenziando come i suoi sogni si integrino con la sua esperienza di vita e approccio educativo. Don Bosco utilizza un metodo narrativo ed educativo in cinque passaggi, che inizia con la situazione concreta dei giovani, interpretando poi questa realtà per stimolare un cambiamento. Il testo sottolinea il ruolo dei sogni nell'educazione, visti come strumenti che riflettono l'interazione con la comunità e la vita spirituale. Si analizza anche come don Bosco abbia usato i suoi sogni per influenzare positivamente la vita dei giovani, promuovendo trasformazione morale e scelta vocazionale, e collegando i sogni a un sistema educativo più ampio basato sulla prevenzione, l'affetto e la guida spirituale.

The study aims to explore the behavioral factors affecting the investment decision of individual investors of Indian Stock Exchange with reference investors of Kerala state , India. The decision making is a cognitive process based on heuristic which results in selection of investment avenues from the available alternatives. Behavioral factors such as overconfidence, representative bias, regret aversion, mental accounting and herd behavior are taken an independent variable for the study. This study was a descriptive study based on stratified random and multi stage random sampling methods were applied in selection of 1000 respondents comprising the cross section of population. 916 responses was taken after the data validation process. Descriptive statistics such percentage analysis , mean value, factor analysis , chi square was used to test the variables. Exponential Factor Analysis was applied to identify the significant factors. Five factor were extracted from factor analysis and its impact was analyzed using Chi Square Test. Representative bias was found to be more influential factor while herd behavior is the least factors among the investment behavioral bias. All the variables are found to be statistical significant. Therefore the study concluded that the behavioral factors have significant impact on the investment decision of the investors of Kerala.

Suggested Mechanisms to Achieve the Quality of the New Education System (2.0) in the Schools of the New Republic in Light of the Integration of Community Partnership in Education Prof. Tafida Sayed Ahmed Ghanem Abstract Building the Egyptian person through quality education is the main objective of the national strategy for sustainable development in light of Egypt’s vision (2030 AD), and in light of the passage to the new republic; This research paper aimed to present proposed mechanisms for integrating community partnership in education as one of the elements of quality education, and as one of the hoped-for solutions to the aggravating problems in the Egyptian education field. Where the researcher presented what the schools of the new republic are, and the concept of the quality of the new education system (2.0). Then, she reviewed the problems and challenges facing education in the schools of the new republic, and the researcher also provided an analytical description of how to integrate community partnership into education to extract from it the foundations for achieving the quality of the new education system (2.0) in the schools of the new republic. Then, in conclusion, the researcher presented a set of proposed mechanisms to achieve the quality of the new education system (2.0) in the schools of the new republic in the light of integrating community partnerships in education. The movement of romanticism in art (18th-19th c) is briefly reviewed. This artistic movement institutionalized freedom of personal expression of the artist and presented various art styles, which were rooted mainly in topics of the past. One of the manifestations of the romantic spirit was Neoclassicism which was based on copies of works of Greek and Roman antiquities. Romantic painters, musicians and architects have left as heritage an amazing wealth of art works.
