Maintain Superhost status
If you’re already a Superhost, congratulations! You’ll keep your status and benefits as long as you continue meeting the program requirements.
How often Superhost status is evaluated
Every 3 months, we check in to make sure listing owners with Superhost status still meet the program criteria. If you miss a requirement, you can always become a Superhost again once you meet the requirements.
If you meet the Superhost program requirements on the quarterly assessment date, you'll qualify for Superhost status automatically, no application necessary.
