Want to review your earnings? The Earnings dashboard features an interactive performance chart and displays:

• How much you made in each of the previous 6 months
• How much you’ve made so far this month
• How much you’re projected to make in each of the next 5 months based on upcoming bookings

Where to find your earnings

To find your performance, go to your Earnings and select the expander in the bar chart to show your earnings by month or year, and by listing. You can use the filter to select which listing or listings to show.

Earnings report

If you want to review your earnings, Airbnb automatically generates your monthly and annual statements. You can access reports as far back as the year you started hosting, break down by listing and payout method, and download or email each report as a PDF.

Each report highlights earnings details for that month or year, including:

• A breakdown of gross earnings, adjustments, Host service fee, any taxes withheld and total net pay
• Performance stats, like nights booked and average length of stay
• Earnings by listing and payout method
• Earnings for each month of the selected year (for annual reports only)

For easy access, you have the option to receive reports via email or download reports in PDF format. 

To export earnings to a spreadsheet:

The CSV file can be opened by any standard spreadsheet program (like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers). This spreadsheet includes additional information, like your earnings, Host service fees or cleaning fee (if you charge one), as well as gross earnings and any taxes withheld for each earning.

These reports can be automatically generated monthly and yearly (when available).
