Installation Instruction:

  1. Lay the ladder flat on the ground, put the screw into the fixing hole, screw on a nut, and fix the other three in the same way.
  2. Put the pull ring through the lock hole of the door panel and fix it, and cushion the inside and outside.
  3. Fix the four corners of the ladder with a rope and pull the ladder to the bottom edge to align with the ceiling. (don't stand under the ladder in this process)
  4. Put the triangle plate on the screw and tighten the nut. Fix the diagonal screws first and then the other two corners. Tighten and install.

Matters needing attention:

  1. Please install the fixed frame according to the height on our website.
  2. When pulling down the ladder, do not stretch it backward too much. Just put it on the ground naturally. Excessive stretching will cause uneven stress and may cause tilting.
  3. If it is used for several months or frequently, you can check whether the screws are loose as a routine maintenance of the stairs.
  4. If there is a fault during use, please let us know first, and do not repair it yourself to prevent improper maintenance.
