Exactly as described: delicious (I really want cake now) funny romance with great characters and crazy situations and beautiful descriptions of Spain. Not quite so beautiful of England. However! I loved it and hope there’s a sequel. Highly recommended!

Wonderful to catch up with Alice, River, Hayley and others from The Cocktail Bar and Twinkle Twinkle Little Bar. It doesn’t matter if you’ve not read these, as you can love the characters in their own right without the history of the previous books.
Two weddings, one cake, supposed to be at both weddings on the same day! How each couple react to the dilemma is great to read. One couple understanding, the other, driven by Piper, out for blood!

Lots of laughs and romance along the way.

A great feel good read.

I loved the characters in this story. I was new to Isabella May and so had not met any of the characters before. Having met them I would like to spend more time with them, especially Alice and River and Freya and Tim. It was hilarious at times. I loved the Influencer character. The setting of Marbella and the beautiful cake shop added to the enjoyment of this story. I have given 4 stars as I could have done without the 2 sex scenes but this is just my personal taste. Now I know to expect this in Isabella May's books it will not jolt me out of the story. I expect other readers love these scenes and I am just old fashioned. I will certainly be reading more by this author.

Another fantastic book by Isabella May!

Firstly, the fabulous cover catches your eye and draws you in, and then the wonderful story keeps the pages flicking over.

It was great to see how the story of Alice and River progressed and I loved Tim. The cakes and cocktails sound deliciously mouthwatering and set the perfect scene for the story.

The settings were so beautifully described that I could just imagine myself at a villa in Spain watching these weddings play out.

Simply wonderful!
