I loved this book, I loved the story, and I loved the characters! Faith and Teddy have both been cheated on so they know how the other person feels. When Faith finds out her boyfriend is dating someone else under her nose, she is devastated. And now she has to be standing next to him at their friends wedding. Enter Teddy, who meets her at her bakery and volunteers to be her date for the wedding. I won't give anymore away, but this story kept me turning the pages, remembering scenes from one of my favorite movies, Notting Hill, and had some surprises I was not expecting. I liked that it was a PG-13 romance and wasn't full of bad language. It was actually refreshing to read a good full-length novel that concentrated on the content and storyline. Really well-written and my favorite, a happily ever after. The ebook has an excerpt for the next book, Pity Party, and now I'm interested to know what happens to Missy who really deserves a HEA. Crossing fingers for her. Well-deserved 5 star.

A very entertaining read. Faith obviously lacks the successful relationship gene and has had no luck on the boyfriend front……she has just found out that her latest boyfriend, Astor Hill, has cheated on her. Enter Teddy Helms, a really lovely guy who sounds too good to be true!! Faith believes he is gay, but unknown to Faith, he is actually straight and has just recently found fame as Alpha Dog after years of being a struggling actor. Throw in an engaging cast including Faith's best friend Anna, her fiancé Chris, Anna's parents, Faith's grandmother GG, Teddy's grandfather Theo, Nick, Terri and Kay plus Teddy's ex Lindsey and the resulting story line had me laughing as the storyline evolved. Well worth reading.
