Annoyed I got into this series because RC Bray doesn’t continue in book 5 or 6. Such a shame and feel like I wasted my time not having an ending to a series.

I don’t understand why you would change RC Bray for the next title. I’m into this series but this isn’t James Bond and you have effectively changed the actor mid series. I won’t be listening to anymore, what a shame. Can’t fault the book or the performance. Just a shame it doesn’t have an ending for me.

I was very impressed at the storybook style and step by step process of how to start being more efficient at managing.
Not only is this book focussed on how the sales manager / director can improve communication and develop their staff, it looks at the sales person character type which are easy for sales people to relate to and gives them an idea of how they can change to achieve.
