How is this woman a narrator?

Story is absolutely fantastic, love Dragonlance more than any other books I’ve ever read. Not to sound overdramatic but the discovery of the Dragonlance series books 25 years ago possibly saved me from committing suicide. I enjoyed them so much it changed and saved my life. With that said, this narrator is absolutely horrible. She mispronounces common English words, names, makes elves sound like Keebler elves that should be in a tree baking cookies. Was there NO resource available to her to consult in order to at least learn how to pronounce “Majere” for instance? (Majeery? Really?)
So yeah that’s my review, I hope it doesn’t detract from the authors.

Ax Norman completely ruins anything he narrates. He can barely read apparently, as not only does he mispronounce names, but standard English words as well.
When someone shouts in the book, Norman does some kind of whispered shout that an 8 year old does when playing with action figures. It is absolutely cringe worthy.
Tasslehof or "Tas" for short, is not pronounced "Tahz"
Fizban is not pronounced "fizz-bon"
Dewar is not pronounced "doer" as in evil-doer
Paladine is not pronounced Paladin
This is only a tiny portion of the embarrassment known as Ax Norman. beware, if you purchase, you'll be gritting your teeth through some parts.

This guy sounds like he's barely literate. I'm confused how you pronounce Tasslehof properly, and then his shortened name "Tas" he pronounces as "Tozz".
Paladine pronounced as Paladin?
Raistlin pronounced as Rasslin sometimes?
Worst....Narrator....EVER
I'm not buying the other two since they have the same narrator. He's terrible beyond belief.
