I DNF this book

I did not move forward with this book. It took too long to Get to the point, 6 hours in a book and we still did not get to a climax. The narrators were great but I wish there was more than two cause when we go to their mother’s part, I got lost on who they were talking about.

This book was so good, there was laughter, tears, and the importance of family. Only regret was that every secret did not come to light , there was still a dark secret at the end that was never revealed.

A realistic love story

I love this book, it made me laugh, and cry . And It made me feel happy for all the characters that got their happily ever after. The only thing the male narrator made Haitians sound like Nigerians 😂. I’m Haitian 🇭🇹 and I was not ok with that accent but I love the way Miss Candice represented the culture. Thank you sis!!

Please pick better Narrator

I started this book a year. I picked it back up because my goal was to read only this specific author’s book in a month. It was great until This Narrator ruined this book. Like why is she making a grown woman sound like a 4 year, there was no emotion in this ladies voice. But the good news is that she was switch out for the reading of luxe 2 thank God.

Love the book hated the female Narrator

The story was really good but it would’ve been better if we got another female narrator. Jakobi was on point as always but that female was dragging the story for me.
