Crazy In Love!!

This is a rating for the entire series. Blaise and Belly are now one of my favorite couples. They will do anything for each other fight, threaten, and kill if necessary to keep their relationship in check. Belly is hilarious. The series starts with Belly being a player with a harem of crazy women in rotation. I mean crazy women who are willing to share him just to be with him. Then Belly meets Blaise and their love for each other is crazy. Belly leaves all his women behind just for Blaise. In the beginning you know Belly is crazy but then you get to know Blaise. She is as crazy as Belly. They are made for each other. You get a glimpse of the boxing and entertainment world through the characters. Shavone Latrice is an exceptional author who is able to bring multiple characters together in a book/series and fully develop each one. That is a gift. I only wish in Book 4 I could have had a glimpse of the weddings and engagements of the friend group. The narration was awesome.

Jahquel J. takes you on a ride with this one. You will never see what is around the corner. Just when you think the character can't go any lower, they will take you there and it is such a thrilling ride. I loved Juleena and Sidney. They are cousins who are growing up too fast and learning some hard lessons about what they believe is love. The men they love, Meech and Mooski are two brothers who I can't even describe them you have to read it to believe it. I loved Big Reem and Shaheed. This was so good I went to book 2 via Kindle. Winston James is always a great narrator. Katherine Dollison was new to me, and I enjoyed her as a narrator.

The Struggle is Real but there is ALWAYS HOPE

Sincere Kennedy aka Sinful K and Mary Lamb have become two of my favorite characters. This is a story of extreme opposites attracted to each other. Sinful K (Sinful Man according to Mary) is an artist struggling with childhood trauma and deals with it by using drugs and exhibiting outlandish behavior. Mary Lamb is a holy roller who has her own childhood trauma but she leans on her faith. The author writes a beautiful story about friendship, love, and family. There are a unexpected surprises, twist and turns. I couldn't get enough of the characters, so I followed them to Book 2 on Kindle. The narrators were great!

MyKing Masters is the BOSS!

This is a story of love, arranged marriages, betrayal and family. MyKing and Destiny's have a connection the moment they met. MyKing is a mans, man controlling his family business. The Masters' are a family who love each other and protect each other. Once they invite you in then you become family. Destiny is starting a new life after a divorce. She has a new baby, new shop and life is moving along great. Then just as quickly a life-altering discovery sends her spinning. MyKing and his family are there for Destiny. You will love this family and the grandmother will have you laughing out loud. Love the Masters.

The Masters Family Show UP Again!

Prynceton is not the brother to be taken seriously. Prynceton and his grandmother are hilarious. Nan needs a book by herself, in her 80's and still getting it in. Prynceton is the least refined of the brothers but when he meets Safari he slowly changes. Safari is women who has been traumatized by someone who should have been her protector. Prynceton and Safari are thrown together so often it is no surprise they find themselves in a relationship. A new experience for both parties. Prynceton had to work for it. This story also gives you an opportunity to peek into MyKing and Destiny new life together plus the other family members. I can't wait for the next book.

He sets her free and prays she comes back. Great story. The narrators were okay. Yes, some parts are hard to read but B. Love is a master writer. Keep them coming B. Love. On to book #2

Love the characters. Loved the return of old characters. A little drawn out. I only wish Rosalind Landor was the narrator. She is the best.

Great Book

I admit I stopped listening after the first few chapters but...I went back to finish the audiobook. I really enjoyed the story as all the characters were introduced. Loved the story! Hope there is a sequel.
