There are dozens of other books relating to business structure, systemization, management, prioritizing... etc. However, this is the BEST! It combines all the important aspects of those books then clarifies the points with actionable tips. There is no fluff, banter, or unnecessarily long stories. I have a business with a handful if employees and about 600k in sales a year. this audlbe has been the most helpful in actually scaling by business.
